- Fake Experience is very common nowadays. Everyone is faking their experience in one or another technology just to get a job in desired technology. But getting a job in desired technology and handling the fake experience while working in that company are totally different things.
In this video, I will tell you how you should handle fake experiences in a new company.
As I already discussed in "What Problems You Will Face If You Show Fake Experience To Future Employer?", in my previous video. So in this video, I will tell you how you can handle that situation after joining a new company with a fake experience.

Most importantly is that give your 💯% Initially months. Later you will get know everything. Hope this help you out.

the job requirement is 24 - 35 months and i have filled 24 months in application as my work ex, My relieving letter shows 23 months and 5 days of work experience, but my manager has acknowledged 24 months in an email. ya its hard to get remote work now. Just try applying for onsite jobs with your new exp only and try to get atleast 30 - 40% hike. then move to a new company after 1 year for better package.

Now hr told me they will terminate me.. if i dont get project within 2 weeks... what if i get terminate...? should i try in diff company as fresher again or With fake experience that i have done project for 4-5 mnths ??but I'll get experience letter from company
You have experience of 4-5 months! So try with that only!
Also if yur company terminate you, they will also liable to pay you the amount for your notice period, (Remember to take that full nd final statement with experience letter)
Sir, can we apply in MNCs with fake exp? or is it risky?
Avoid appling in TCS, WIPRO, COGNIZANT, TECH M, CAP GEMINI. Rest all MNCs you can apply. Even I would suggest just try to get mnc job only it is better for a fake experienced person than startups. You can apply in companies like Mindtree, Oracle, Virtusa, Genpact, Globalogic etc.

Small Company (LaLa Ji company), they don't give importance to your background check because it involves the cost the maximum they can do they will call your boss who or next max email they but as per my many friends experienced I see it very less. 2nd Small company (good company), do ask for your all docs but don't surely go for verification because 3rd party company will charge an amount for your background check. May they will cross-check with your previous company's HR through call or mail.
Conclusion - It depends from company to company, only big companies do background checks due to their compliance check but they do for samples, not for all companies. Only big companies do 100% BG checks only.
