You didn't speak about the fake experienced guy getting 18LPA at all in your video. Then why did you write this in your caption, please explain. In data science role as a fresher people getting more than 5LPA , than how he get this low package in 3.5 years experience, He is very underpaid.
Can you tell me what tools or softwares are used in data science? What i know is its mostly ms excel. Then why hige amount is paid, sometimes even more than software and hardware engineers.?

Sir but I think if we take the joining bonus next switch mein you loose that edge in your eg of 15 L +3 joining its 20% joining bonus so after 1.5 or 2 year if you switch and ask expected package you will start from 80% of current package. This is my opinion

I just joined a company and within a day found that my coworkers at that compamy who joined a year before were given high salary, a coworker who joined a week before were offered high salary but i was offered lower salary. Now i dont feel like working here i feel i was cheated by the HR what should i do?? And when should i leave this company? I also joined my previous company in lower salary but it was service based and it took me 3-4 years to find courage to leave. Now this is product based so i had high expectations they gave me salary with respect to current market but other with same experience infact 2-3 months lesser experience are getting high salary

I worked on vmware cloud 1 year and now i have 2 offers one from 3rd party company for vmware job and another is infosys for service desk which one i choose. go in same field or go with infosys for technical role.
