Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future.., I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life!!
Starting early is simply the best way of getting ahead to build wealth , investing remains a priority . I learnt from my last year's experience , I am able to build a suitable life because I invested early ahead this time .
In fact, I had no prior experience or understanding when I began investing in 2018, but by the end of 2019, I had made a profit of almost $750k. All I had been doing was going by what my financial advisor had told me. No need to start saving and investing in FDs nd all before 30..... We'll get plenty of time after 30.....before that we should spend in experiences and skills..... If you've left over money even after investing in your skills then you can think about saving in FDs, stocks nd all.....
@@the_intro_extro_yt yes totally agree 💯 .We should invest in increasing our monthly income by upskilling and taking courses and then start investing rather than start early by investing small amounts which can be utilised for taking courses and experience to get some amount after some years which can be easily earned in just 5-6 months if we invest in ourselves and increase our salary.

Hey Lavkesh, I have one question for you out of this topi , if you comfortable plz and that. Q. I am meeting girls for marriage but I can’t decide whether to marry a working woman or a non working woman? Mostly working women are feminists which scares me and It would be difficult to live in Tier-1 city with non working woman. Can you suggest your thoughts on this? FYI: I get decent salary but still I want thoughts on this
@@arhindgautam7919 12th fail movie have you seen? The girl was more intelligent than the man and followed all rituals including some which were really regressive. I am married to a girl which is epitome of feminist, he had equal problems when she was working and even when she left the job. Peaceful life started when we understood each other nature which took 4 years and we are love marriage couple. One habit I would recommend is that straight your priorities and don't compromise. Wrong partner gives more stress than having no partner. No compromise on personality is the key to success. Also noone would remain same throughout life that also remembers, all the best
I have one good habit, i started giving all my salary to my wife and she started keeping track of all our expenses and at the end of 3 months she saved about 1 lakh from that money jisme se m aaj tak 1000 bhi save ni kr paia.. headsoff to our indian wifes 😊

I just have started writing down my expenses and it is helping me to analyse my expenses. Thanks for this video will follow other points as well. Hope to lower down my unnecessary expenses and start saving money.
one thing which helps a lot is - Differentiating Need vs Wants and saving if I really crave for that Want. - As you already said, buying the "Logo" if it gives return of the value invested.
Thank you RJ for such a detailed video ❤ Amazed to know that almost all of the habits mentioned by you in the video are being followed by my mother- a true home maker! We usually ignore these things but must realize the importance of them!
One habit that helped me to save some money is "Pay yourself first". So basically once you receive the payment (salary or any other kind), you have to save/invest first and then spend later. And yes it was a really helpful video, revisiting the basics from time to time really helps you to be more conscious about your finances.
Thanks for sharing Uncle's organization method towards the end.. When you mentioned it earlier in the video, I was really hoping to see it! It is like you read my mind! Great video!
Aapne apne purane video ko fir se naye roop me bana diya 2024 k lie 😂😂bhot badiya vaise mai ye video dhoond raha tha jo purana tha khair ab mil gaya mujhe badia bhot badiya
This video is so relatable. In previous job I saved nothing due to lack of financial discipline. In my current job I started the same. But since September I started to keep records (#8). It is to be mentioned that I have no credit also (#9). This helped to create a saving. Recently I'm trying to follow #7 (Thanks to financial expenditure tracking). I will implement #3, #2 and #1 also... Thanks RJ
Habit no. 8 and 3 is very imp. Abhi abhi shaadi hui hai meri so ab pta chalne laga hai ki kaise hum save kr skte hain. Last week vegetables bahut less liye as compared to this week and no fruits aur iska kharcha rs.490 tha. This week humein pata chala ki Tuesday market lagta hai aur waha sasta milta hai. Humne last week se jyada vegetables + fruits laye and total was rs. 310. We saved almost rs. 180. So in a month we will save rs. 720. Just because we started buying from a particular market on a particular day saved us rs. 700. In a month
One habit I made for myself and recommend to everyone is that I will save a certain fixed amount monthly no matter what happens and be constant on it, and when you're comfortable you can increase it graduallly. It is not compulsory to be a big amount but in my opinion "It is not the amount that matters, consistancy is the key" 😊
Delayed buying if not urgently needed. Mujhe jo bhi Lena hota hai use Amazon Flipkart pe cart me rakh leta hu atleast for one month agar Mera kaam chal sakta hai to. Majority of the time low prices pe sabhi items liye hai. Aur sabhi bdi purchases ko pehle hi plan karke rakh liya. Like Mera phone expect karta hu 3 years chalega phir bhi ek phone pehle hi apni requirements ke according select karke rakhta hu in case kharab hua to urgent me le sake ya koi bahut accha offer Mila to thoda time pehle bhi le liya
9 Habits 1) No credit उधार नही 2) Maintain your accounts 3) Leave your bad habits 4) Keep proper records 5) don't buy logos 6) Don't just save but invest (stable money app) 7) Buy in bulk 8) Take care of your health 9) Never Stop Learning

Best thing that happened to me last year that I can attest to is the progress I have made so far on trade. Venturing into crypto was my best decision ever I know more is yet to come 2024
The process of trading can be complicated when you have limited knowledge. However, with the right strategy and setups, you can be successful. That's the whole point of investing.
Interesting!! I'm so excited, seeing mr Walter, being mentioned here because his strategies have also normalized winning trades for me. and it's a huge milestone for me looking back to how it all started.

Instead of saving money in a lumpsum amount on a monthly basis try saving it in an equivalent amount on a weekly basis. For eg: if you are saving ₹4k on a monthly basis you are gonna save up ₹48k annually, whereas if you save ₹1k every week you can save up ₹52k annually and this results in a savings of an extra month i.e. ₹4k.
@@NirmalKumar-sc5tk Yeah buddy, exactly 1 month is not equal to precisely 4 weeks, but to equate the monthly savings amount to the weekly basis it is assumed for a month to have 4 weeks on the least side.

We have a room under stairs and I named that room as "Stocks Room" 😆, so Habit no. 10 - starting collecting home waste items like cardboard boxes, plastics, bottles etc and keep invested them in Stocks Room until it gets fill or room door is hard to close.. After month or two sell all the collected Stocks and will surely give returns in between 1500 - 3000rs.. 😃 From that free money we do non-veg snacks party or one can buy Grocery for a month.. 🤘 Also thanks to LLA for such kind of motivational videos.. 👍
Buying in bulk has been detrimental to my house. We buy items which are used only once/twice and then these items end up expiring and we need to throw them. For example, fancy sauces because we wanted to make subway sandwiches at home. It's been 6 months since we last used those sauces. A number of vegetables end up getting wasted as we are unable to use them in time etc etc.
Buy Atta and rice in bulk. Other things in moderation. Sauces you buy the small pack which has all sauces in small quantities. Buy vegetables every 3rd day so 2 times a week
Same here.. considering no of family members, time availability of wife -husband etc. These things are the crucial when we go for stock maintain. Not suitable for all families.
Ye sab Jo habits aapne batayi hai ,ye mere papa wo jab 16 saal ke the tab se follow krte hai , dads are universities in themselves. Thank you for the video Rishabh Bhai 🤠
I think the best skill i gained is I started Investing early.. like now I am 18 and just opened demat account on my name but I started Investing from the age of 17 with the help of my father's demat account... both youtube and my father help me about it and I am lucky that I adopted Investing not the shit(Treading) ... for example last year I generate a yearly cagr of 37% on my Investment amount... which is huge for me as a beginner... a student can easily manage basic stock investment along with studies.... and also my investment capital is the money I got from scholarships (Around 34k)
1 yr data is nothing my friend, everyone makes money in a bull market, what you need to do is keep on investing with discipline and never liquidate a part of your investments till a certain goal is hit

One of the best video I watch so far. On point video. keep up the good work and best of luck
Whenever i watch your video i feel like i invested my time and energy in a proper way
I am downloading this app because I trust your channel as you have said many times and acted the same.
Health is most important...so don't ignore Health....great video
I have one good habit, i started giving all my salary to my wife and she started keeping track of all our expenses and at the end of 3 months she saved about 1 lakh from that money jisme se m aaj tak 1000 bhi save ni kr paia.. headsoff to our indian wifes 😊
Already following all habits except maintaining accounts
My parents thought me all the lessons despite having less salary I was able to afford surgery costing 3 lakh, car costing 20 lakh (shared 5 lakh each from family member) earning decent salary of 7 LPA in a tier 2 city
And have savings of 2 lakh and other 2 lakh in reserve
Can't be more happier also stocks worth 40k
Tier 2 city me 7lpa is kinda rare.. kya job karte ho aap?
@@veeresh_22 compared to others 7 lpa is less
@@basiccoder2166 well, comparisons aside, as long as u r happy.. that's all that matters.
I just wanted to know what jobs offer 7+ in Tier 2 cities
@@veeresh_22nope. It's pretty less 7 LPA in Tier 2 city is less. Can get paid more, more than double of this. But it depends in which field he works.
@@rabbit407 can you name some fields which can get u average of 12-15lpa in T2 city?
"We have food at home". This mantra has saved me so much money.
My father used to maintain similar document files and ID boxes. I miss him so much 😢❤
I am 24 year old,
Currently earning 2.7 lakh a month after taxes but still have lots of dets. This month I paid 1.8 lakhs of credit card bill + loans emis. I do misuse the money as I don’t realise the importance of it. I am trying but I am not able to control on my money. I just have started writing down my expenses and it is helping me to analyse my expenses.
Thanks for this video will follow other points as well. Hope to lower down my unnecessary expenses and start saving money.
What do you do?
one thing which helps a lot is
- Differentiating Need vs Wants and saving if I really crave for that Want.
- As you already said, buying the "Logo" if it gives return of the value invested.
Thank you sir for written chapters and summary also🙏
Thank you RJ for such a detailed video ❤
Amazed to know that almost all of the habits mentioned by you in the video are being followed by my mother- a true home maker!
Thanks RJ
Inspirational 🎉
Best informative video! Clean and to the point advice. Feel like one of family members gives advice.🙌🏻❤️
700. In a month
Ye jab shadi nahi hui thi tab bhi bahut logo ko pata hota hai ki haat lagne wale din sabjiya lani chahiye aur agar mandi paas ho to aur badhiya😂
What a gem man. Lovely channel and presenter
This man is too honest... And worth watching LLA!!!🎉
Really amazing video ❤
The sound quality is amazing too!
Delayed buying if not urgently needed. Mujhe jo bhi Lena hota hai use Amazon Flipkart pe cart me rakh leta hu atleast for one month agar Mera kaam chal sakta hai to. Majority of the time low prices pe sabhi items liye hai. Aur sabhi bdi purchases ko pehle hi plan karke rakh liya. Like Mera phone expect karta hu 3 years chalega phir bhi ek phone pehle hi apni requirements ke according select karke rakhta hu in case kharab hua to urgent me le sake ya koi bahut accha offer Mila to thoda time pehle bhi le liya
Simple and to the point. Loved it!!!
Kudos to your father ❤
My father also does the same. Don't know why, but I find it very difficult. 😮
Totally agree with all habits, nice work bro ❤😊
Just don't agree with your Tiago 👿 go with Nexon atleast 😅

This administration has no idea how people are suffering, things are getting so much harder we can't take it no more. A lot of people are financially struggling to put food on the table and a roof over their head, I appreciate your advice Walter James Henry. Imagine I invested $2,000 and got $10,600.

I'm a 2nd year graduation student and I'm not earning still but learning these things for my future thank you so much sir ❤
ye badhia tha guru 😂
1 month IS NOT EQUAL TO 4 weeks!!!
RIP Logic
And if you save Rs. 200 daily, you can save upto Rs. 73,000 annually and this will save extra 21k. 😅
@@NirmalKumar-sc5tk Yeah buddy, exactly 1 month is not equal to precisely 4 weeks, but to equate the monthly savings amount to the weekly basis it is assumed for a month to have 4 weeks on the least side.
Wahi toh logic h.... Parho toh sahi se.@@NirmalKumar-sc5tk
My father used to make records of each & every invoice, transaction, bills, daily expenses, folders,
these habits helps us to make more manageable in every context.
thanks team LLA for the flashbacks ❤
A.)Travel together
B.)Eat home cooked food
C.)Depend on home kitchen rather than market supplements.
Sir, you reached this level because of your father hardwork and discipline,. and definitely you will grow more in your journey, follow your father descipline it will make you feel much happier. ❤
I am Sales person but my one habit has helped me a lot, " Daily budget of ₹180 ( Petrol + other expenses ) not going above it ".... 😊😊😊😊😊

Also thanks to LLA for such kind of motivational videos..

Bhai chawal anaj kha. Nobody is saying buy fancy sauces. That's your issue.
Ye sab Jo habits aapne batayi hai ,ye mere papa wo jab 16 saal ke the tab se follow krte hai , dads are universities in themselves. Thank you for the video Rishabh Bhai 🤠
before saving, need earning 😅
I love your father's document folders.❤❤❤
My father is on another tanget.
He has so many files and folders that he himself doesn't know where to find the documents when needed. 😂
Great, last year was awesome 😎many clocked over 40% return
What is your capital?
1 yr data is nothing my friend, everyone makes money in a bull market, what you need to do is keep on investing with discipline and never liquidate a part of your investments till a certain goal is hit
Superb
I really got limitless knowledge from this video
Thanks a lot Sir
Keep it up❤

Great guidance sir...Thank You so much
I have purchased a 3bhk flat at Lucknow. Initially flat cost was 40 lacs for which I've opted for homeloan from SBI of 30lacs in year 2021.
Now the flat is constructed and builder has raised a demand which is exceeding the sanctioned amount.
Bank is denying for additional top-up.
What should I do? please suggest..
Without sale deed executed in your favour, bank will not give top up loan... Regards
Builder cannot raise demand if you did paper works like registration n all.
Suppose still you want, then you can give remaining money to builder in EMIS
Wow sir apke father ne bhit hi ache se sab organized rakha hai. Aur mujhe lagta hai usnki itni achi habbits se apne bhi bhot kuch sikha hai aur aaj humko wo sikh paas on ki hai. Thank you.
