Tesla has begun its shift from vehicle manufacturing only back in 2018 when other revenue streams have begun to flow. I totally see a 4-5 year horizon where Tesla still sells cars but only attributes 25% of its revenue to these sales.
Listening to this while driving our M3. Stoked to have bought more on TSLA on the dip. Very bullish. 🐂📈🤖🚕🚀
Pretty sure they don’t actually think the robitaxi share will be so low. They just don’t want to look like lunatics which they would if they presented actually projected numbers.
Whilst MS adds Optimus in as a mention, it fails to mention the impact from grid scale storage, nor the potential benefit to auto profit as Optimus over time reduces production cost.
AG1 is a decatrillion opportunity too. 8 billion people, drinking about 2 liters of liquid per day, everyday. Imagine how much profit you could make if everyone paid you a couple of bucks per day to drink that stuff.
You should go all in on that.

Someone needs to analyze the effect of FSD on car insurance. Right now car insurance rates are exploding, as well as fatal accidents. If collisions are reduced then cars with FSD should have lower insurance costs. It could be a substantial savings.
That's not correct. Fatal crashes have actually dropped slightly the last couple of years.

Seeing as the batteries in the cars seem to have a much longer lifespan than expected, could there be a business model down the road (sic) where a taxi company would buy used Teslas and operate them as robotaxis? What would happen to the used Tesla car prices?
I want to know how long a Tesla battery pack will last when it's supercharged daily.
One Australian model S drive logged over 600km on his daily supercharged car before the pack was replaced under warranty.
You're not the only one to think they would license their FSD technology I mean it was pretty much a given if you were paying attention to the miles and data they were gathering in comparison to their competitors.
When Tesla said they will release a 25k model, shouldn't we adjust with inflation as well? If the are able to make the 25k car in the future, i think that's impressive because others will struggle to reach that.

Talking about the robot taxes as in full self driving. I don't think they're going to have an actual taxi business. If people have the subscription to fullsoft driving they're going to consider that part of the Fleet. Heaven said by a flip of a switch just like that they'll be a million.

I don't understand why so many (it appears to be the majority) think regulation is such a huge hurdle. As SMR says, it will be unethical to not allow autonomous driving that will be something like 1,000X better than a human and improving.
The NHTSA is a federal body, so all highways nationally could be authorized for autonomy, in one fell swoop. Some states and municipalities may take longer, but SF and Phoenix demonstrate they are even open to inferior tech driving in the areas they control. Congress could pass legislation that requires states and cities to allow for autonomy.

I have always thought that Optimus would lead and RoboTaxi’s would follow. There are far fewer barriers for Optimus to enter its market. Optimus technology should be on a similar trajectory even though it’s not been around as long.

You're assuming that regulators think logically and care about having blood on their hands. Frequently, these assumptions are not the case.
Agreed: PATIENCE, but that patience will PAY OUT BIG TIME IN +10 YEARS, even more silly in 15 and 20 years. Guess how much 1 Tesla share will trade at in 2033, 2038 and 2043!!?? You should know it's easy and hard to make that much profit. I say EASY because it's very possible to make that much, and Hard because you'll need professional assistance to do it, I'd suggest you get assisted by a market advisor.

I know I sold 20% of my shares when he bought X and I bought back at 150 a share that's the only thing that saved my portfolio.

I agree. Based on personal experience working with an investment advisor, I currently have $1m in a well diversified portfolio, that has experienced exponential growth. It is not about having money to invest in stocks,but also you need to be knowledgeable, persistent, and have strong hands to back it up.

Hey Stephen remember when I said you should sell some of your stock when Elon bought Twitter and then when it got down to around 120 150 I said you should buy all your shares back you'd have three times as many shares and I only suggested to sell 20% at that point you'd have 60% more shares just off of that 20% if you bothered to look into your chat you'll see it 😜 it must be that 146 IQ

Waiting for Tesla is like waiting for solid state batteries to make EVs superior. SURE, maybe someday. In the mean while the Chinese turn out more models with the latest battery tech. Teslas had two over promise under delivers. Cyber truck is cool but not anywhere near what was promised. The 4680 is a disaster. Not the energy density not the charge speed. People who have the 4680 in the model Y can tell you its a downgrade. Why is the juniper upgrade put off? FSD is not close. It's years away. So for a growth stock where is the growth
Try driving a Tesla that has " FSD " in a snow storm or freezing rain etc covering the camera lens .
Try driving in snow, ice,freezing rain,heavy fog,bird poop,bugs and dirt etc covering the camera lenses.
@@ronmatthews2164 Driven it in rain it works OK. Not sure why. Bugs don't hit the camera locations unless its a swarm of locus maybe? Had the windshield covered in nats and it worked ok. Ice, snow and freezing rain is where I am sure it would fail. Fog would be the same as you driving, how far can you see in that fog.

Nothing is as strong as AWM89V and nobody can have any influence on that. In crucial times where we can't even know what to believe and which mechanism is being pulled to manipulate us I think it is very welcome that these guys made their move
