"Make sure you vote." I want/need to vote, but where and how? I have never done such a thing. In this video you say I should do by my broker? I checked there, couldn't find anything, wrote my broker, got a standard reply.. Can somebody with voting experience please explain how to? Thanks.

I started buying tesla in 2021 so i haven’t received any of the upside in the stock but i will still be voting yes just for the principle that it was approved in the past.

It's an act of LOVE to choose to allow the shareholders to vote rather than appeal in court, especially when that option would then be off the table. It's trust in shareholders, but it's also just acknowledging the voice of shareholders, whatever they choose. I mean, it's just gold.

As far as I know there is an annual multi billion dollar tax implication moving from Delaware to Texas. This should be discussed.

Corruption on display. This can also happen to any other company, which shows that the law in America is not fit for purpose.
However most of the damage was done to delaware as other companies decisions show since the ruling.
The timing of this vote after such a difficult Q1 has me worried. For the first time, I'm actually worried institutional investors will takeover Tesla and kill it. Voting by Tesla board's recommendation down the line.

My position as a TSLA long grew over 6000% since I started it 11 years ago, so heck yeah I voted yes in 2018 and I’ll vote yes again in 2024 for the package. That judge and the plaintiffs and the shorts are ridiculous. I have a lot more than 9 shares so my vote should obviously outweigh that of this plaintiff drummer. To give and idea of my time frame, I’m long AAPL for 26 years.

Just want to mention that even owning Tesla stock through Cash App, I was able to submit a question for an investor day. I hope I'll be able to vote through the app. Otherwise, I have no idea how.

The platform I'm on does not allow voting on companies outside my country. I suspect the platform owner will indeed be voting on behalf, quite possibly against the compensation package.

There are a lot of FUDsters in the comments, including one person claiming that they "know AI" and that "FSD is impossible". These nitwits are hilarious, but the risk is that this fifty cent army may convince shareholders. Time will tell, I guess.
FSD with only cameras can work in perfect weather conditions but not in a snow storm covering the front cameras lenses with snow ,ice,freezing rain, bugs,dirt and road salt spray.
That's like a person driving with no windshield washer fluid, blower motor and no windshield wipers cleaning the windshield.
That's why you have to have a combination of cameras, lidar and radar to ever get Government approved robotaxis and level 4 or 5 FSD so no cars made so far by Tesla will ever get Government approved.

If the package makes Elon aligned with shareholders for at least the next 5 years, surely we stand to benefit from it as we have in the past 5 years. He's not done with his life's goals. He's going to need a ton of money to fulfill his multiplanetary ambitions and Tesla will be a part of that.
You can also move your Tesla stock to a cash position in your margin account if you are not borrowing any money. Thus preventing it from being lent out and confusing voting rights...i am not saying selling your telsa its an accounting designation only. This also prevents your Tesla stock from being lent out to short sellers. Does not apply to ira accounts as they are not margin accounts.
Has anyone else had problems voting? ie Tesla inv says ask broker, stake says Company has the details. So far I’m clueless how or where to vote.
