Add salt, baking soda, vinegar, peroxide, or mouthwash to rinse water. Use a generous amount of water. Rinse/spit, and gargle. Also, invest in a tongue scraper. I kept getting oral thrush from oral steroid asthma medications... this seems to work for me now. Have a pulmonologist appointment in February to see if regimen works. (Also, take any pills with water first because that requires swallowing,so you don't want to use your oral steroid first. But if you take oral steroids first don't accidentally swallow.) I have many conditions that makes me prone to thrush. So, pulmonologist did a complete overhaul of my medicine application. Hope this advice helps anyone.
The Trelegy inhaler gave me laryngitis, and leaves a bad taste in my mouth, even after rinsing 3 or 4 times and gargling. I can't talk clearly, will Symbicort do the same?
