What I'm doing for the longest is to inhale and release the inhaler at the same time, i think by this method you're sucking everything to your lungs which is very effective for me.

For babies, you need a nebulizer machine and face mask. Your health providers should tell you that.

HOW does spacer work. Can not find ONE video. the mechanics of it

The spacer contains the mist medicine so you can breath it efficiently and it reaches your lungs compared to without spacer where the back of your truth catches it and it doesnt reach the lungs.
