    Thank you. No one ever told me I could leave the cap on and then inhale instead of trying to do it all at the same time.

    I have been told that I don't need a spacer for my inhaler.

    • @pulmonaryrehab
      @pulmonaryrehab  3 дня назад

      Hello, thank you for your comment! A spacer isn’t required for everyone. It helps people who have difficulty coordinating the timing or physical actuation of the inhaler. Do you use your inhaler easily and effectively? If so you may not need the spacer. This video explains that: ruclips.net/video/yPiPg1VSDuA/видео.htmlsi=s--5FmyA38MQNihg

    Hi, Doesn't the medicine stick to the chamber walls?

    • @pulmonaryrehab
      @pulmonaryrehab  Год назад +1

      Hi Nick, it’s possible that a small amount may stick but if done properly you will get almost all of it into your lungs. If you need any instructions, please schedule a free consultation with David. Here’s the link: calendly.com/pulmonaryrehab

    Thank you. My spacer did not come with a cap for the mouth piece, for either end. Is it incomplete? I guess keep it in a zip bag.

    • @pulmonaryrehab
      @pulmonaryrehab  Месяц назад

      That's odd, maybe ask the supplier for a new one with a cap. Yes, you want it covered to prevent dust and dirt from getting inside so in a zip bag should be good for now.

    Can you use the same spacer for 2 different inhalers? Or do I have to use a clean spacer for another inhaler?

    • @pulmonaryrehab
      @pulmonaryrehab  3 месяца назад

      It depends on the type of medications. Feel free to schedule a FREE Zoom call so we can discuss this further or if you need any help with breathing, posture, exercises and/or chronic pain. Here's the link: calendly.com/pulmonaryrehab/15min

    How often do you need to wash it out?

    • @pulmonaryrehab
      @pulmonaryrehab  3 месяца назад

      Usually it is recommended to clean it once per week.
