- The most common mistake our Respiratory patients make is the technique of using inhalers. in majority of cases we find that inhaler technique is either not taught to them or is incorrect.
so this video will help Respiratory patients in taking inhalers correctly.

I was not expected I will survive more because of My problem ,when I consulted Dr Ankush ji he completely explained me the problem which I was having and assured me that I will be ok with treatment. I follwed the directions of Dr Sahab and there is lot of improvement now.

What kind of allergy please specify?
We give this for respiratory diseases treatment and a few respiratory disorders are allergic in nature but all depends for what diagnosis you are asking
I want to add one small tip , from my personal experience , don't try to inhale fast and hard , what it'll do is you the more drug gets stuck to your larynx , not much delivered to the lungs and your voice changes because of that . Try inhaling slowly and calmly. It took me 3months of extra pain and discomfort to learn this.

Hello sir, my father is using formonide 400 inhaler since 1 month and he is experiencing tremors and backpain so are these side effects common or do I need to consult the doctor as I have told him but he said it's common but I need your opinion regarding this issue.
Tremors and cramps are seen with a few patients on inhalers.
These are dose dependent side effects.
Usually inhe easily manage kar sakte hai.

Will asthmatic patients will get any help by using airphysio?
Term asthma which you are using over here is very loosely and vaguely used by everyone these days.
So firstly am not sure what kind of respiratory disease is you are referring to.
Secondly airphysio what you are referring to is a device primarily aimed at removing excess mucus stuck in the airways which is mostly useful in patients of COPD (chronic bronchitis type) & Bronchiectasis....
Upto some extent it is also useful to increase the lung capacity but very mild role.
In no circumstances at all the claims like it can cure patients of respiratory disease and medicines are not required with it are all false claims.

Sir, one thing I didnt understand, if we will exhale in the spacer only...then through carbon dioxide we won't have other issues???
Spacer has one way valve which doesnt allow any gases to enter spacer while exhaling. You cannot exhale into spacer, you can only inhale from it.
We are saying to inhale from spacer and exhale into it just for making the technique easy to understand

I was quite worried about it as I had moderate infection and post covid I am having breathing issues, taking deep breathing every after few minutes during the whole day, for which doctor adviced me to take inhaler. Taking through the same spacer, its 1.5 month passed, still I am feeling the urge. Sir, can u please assure how much time it may take to go away this symptom completely?

No use for me i tried in spacer also earlier directly used MDI but medicine isn't going further from my throat in lungs i have some obstruction tied to telling the Doctors they are like continue using with spacer use karteh karteh abhi ek saal honeh wala hai still i have left throat and left chest tightness sensation and also feels like something is stuck ! abhi i did styloidtecomy surgury , leftimpacted wisdom tooth SURGURY also had done blood , imagings tests and also endoscopy camera view but only till epiglottis although my problem is near the hyiod bone area left 😔 lagtha i will die like this only after my lungs left lung will be compromised fully coz of negligence of Doctors not doing proper diagnosis 😔 i say my complaints toh bhi they say it's bronchiolitis or astama aur inhaler pump use karo jho Rahat bhi nahi deta jho surgury bole voh bhi kiyah toh bhi same hai
Kindly show to a pulmonologist .... If the breathing problem is there due to issue in lungs then inhalers help .... If there are other causes then one needs to make proper diagnosis.

If taken under gudiance of a pulmonologist and in appropriate doses and the technique of inhaler is correct as is explained in the video and then followed by oral gargles then there are no significant side effects and infact these are lifesaving.
