My husband suffered critical pneumonia when he discharged in hospital oxygen level was 86-94 then stillhe is under treatment of top lungs splist .now his oxygen level now 98-99 .every day he do exercise. He is now recoverd.

@@akshaybalamuruganHaving lot of weakness and sp02 levels are varying from 94 to 95. I am still young . So can not compare withbyour father. Wish him speedy recovery. Ask him to lay down on prone positions whenever possible. This is working working for me to improve spo2 levels

Now what happen now days kabhi kabhi morning me chest pain start ho jata hai, 1-2 hr rehta hai mild pain hota hai, kabhi kabhi khana khane ke bad kanshi(cough) start ho jati hai ye bhi thori der ke liye hita hai, mene apne doctor se baat ki to bole aisa hota hai, kyuki meri lungs shrink ho gaye hai. So please sir mujhe btaye me kaisi apne lungs ko expand karu or normal ho jaau, mera lungs function test bhi kam aata hai. Thanks

Thanks Dr for demonstrate these effective exercises. I follow all and after 4 to 5 days I'm maintaining 95 in sitting position and in walking it drop upto 90 but when I sit it again move up upto 95.
Dr I have 45th day after covid and I have fibrosis in lungs.....in sitting position my oxygen sustain 92-94 but in walking it drops 83-84 ...how long more time I have to require for full recovery

Just DO ONE THING, load a STOPWATCH and always keep it with yourself while doing exercises. It helps a lot make it your companion. Slowly and slowly increase your exercises and always take 3min and do sukh-asan Or shav-asan for relaxation. Wish you all Great, these exercises mentioned in video are really good, I am talking from experience. Be Gentle this disease takes some time to get cured fully so be patient and ALL will get fine. Healthy food is also very important.
Dear Doctor, I was admitted in hospital for 21 days and I was in I.C.U for 5 days with oxygen support for 16-17 days starting with 5 ltr to 1 ltr in last days. My saturation level while sleeping dips to 88 and in normal it is 94-96. Is it advisable for me to perform last exercise?

Dr during these exercises there is no issue if I'm taking oxygen constantly through oxygen concentrator...except ballon and spirometer
