    DR I had suffered moderate pneumonia. When they discharged me my oxygen was 92-93.I have been doing these exercises for last 8 days my oxygen has increased to 95 now. Thank you.

      My husband suffered critical pneumonia when he discharged in hospital oxygen level was 86-94 then stillhe is under treatment of top lungs splist .now his oxygen level now 98-99 .every day he do exercise. He is now recoverd.

    Hello sir, aap bahut exercises bta rahe hai, its very good for all. Mujhe last 2 yrs me tuberculosis ho gya tha, i have completed TB course of medicine. Now what happen now days kabhi kabhi morning me chest pain start ho jata hai, 1-2 hr rehta hai mild pain hota hai, kabhi kabhi khana khane ke bad kanshi(cough) start ho jati hai ye bhi thori der ke liye hita hai, mene apne doctor se baat ki to bole aisa hota hai, kyuki meri lungs shrink ho gaye hai. So please sir mujhe btaye me kaisi apne lungs ko expand karu or normal ho jaau, mera lungs function test bhi kam aata hai. Thanks

    Just DO ONE THING, load a STOPWATCH and always keep it with yourself while doing exercises. It helps a lot make it your companion. Slowly and slowly increase your exercises and always take 3min and do sukh-asan Or shav-asan for relaxation. Wish you all Great, these exercises mentioned in video are really good, I am talking from experience. Be Gentle this disease takes some time to get cured fully so be patient and ALL will get fine. Healthy food is also very important.

      Hey my father got discharged today and his spo2 level is 93-94% so I am really concerned... Can you tell my how much was ur spo2 level when u got discharged and did u have any difficulty in breathing while performing any day to day activities after discharge?

      @@akshaybalamuruganHaving lot of weakness and sp02 levels are varying from 94 to 95. I am still young . So can not compare withbyour father. Wish him speedy recovery. Ask him to lay down on prone positions whenever possible. This is working working for me to improve spo2 levels

    Dear Doctor,
    I was admitted in hospital for 21 days and I was in I.C.U for 5 days with oxygen support for 16-17 days starting with 5 ltr to 1 ltr in last days. My saturation level while sleeping dips to 88 and in normal it is 94-96. Is it advisable for me to perform last exercise?

    thanks Dr Ankush. its a very a useful and well explained video for people who have recovered from covid. but sadly not many are aware the fact that these exercises can prove beneficial now and in future. it would be nice if you can add a message saying what kind of complications you might have in short or long run if you don't do these exercises.

      Dr during these exercises there is no issue if I'm taking oxygen constantly through oxygen concentrator...except ballon and spirometer

      Dr I have 45th day after covid and I have fibrosis in lungs.....in sitting position my oxygen sustain 92-94 but in walking it drops 83-84 ...how long more time I have to require for full recovery

    Thanks Dr for demonstrate these effective exercises. I follow all and after 4 to 5 days I'm maintaining 95 in sitting position and in walking it drop upto 90 but when I sit it again move up upto 95.

    Sir many many thanks for giving videos on how to take breathing and uses of many devices for increasing lungs performance capacity. Except a few I daily do all the exercises nearly for one or two hours in a day. I am a COPD patient since 2012 and I understand or this is my belief I got this disease for taking medicines for my skin problems of varicose or eczema. Still I feel itching and problems start. Here I come to the point I perform almost all the exercises I can take slow and deep breathing for many seconds and also hold for many seconds but exhalation is poor I can't exhale in prescribed manner but it is exhaled faster than prescribed time I make my efforts but this seems not possible. I request you to please suggest some methods that exhalation period becomes longer and can perform accordingly. Your explanation method is very simple. With regards subhash Chandra agrawal.

      Not necessarily sir as one respirometer is used for 1 patient only. You can clean once in a week
