- Deep breathing is a very effective way to keep the lungs healthy and improve our breathing capacity. While regularly doing such exercises is great for our overall physical and mental health, they have become especially important during the times of Covid-19.

The novel coronavirus primarily attacks the lungs and our respiratory system resulting in breathing problems and in severe cases pneumonia. Keeping our lungs strong and healthy is a good way to prepare ourselves for the pandemic and to find more confidence in our body’s ability to heal.

The good part about breathing exercises is that you can do them anywhere and they are the most accessible of ways to work on strengthening our lungs. I have been doing more prayanama and less yoga in my post covid rehabilitation phase. I happened to come across this video on RUclips and really liked it for its contents. To the point. The first one is also suggested by physiotherapist in hospital and believe me this gives instant increase in oxygen level. I was not aware of the third and not started doing it. 2. Then can u suggest the duration of breathing in, holding the air, releasing the air, and holding still for a few moments before beginning the next cycle of breathing and out.

Please do follow below tips for healthy lifestyle...
First do warm up
Warm up execrcises are jumping jacks 3 sets 100 per each set or 50 per each set....
1. 5 sets Burpees 20 per each set...
2. 5 sets of lunges 20 per each set...
3. 5 sets of Planks 2 or 1 minute per each set
Back running having more benefits run as much as possible per day ...
Do these three execrcises your whole body become fit and flat and also do skipping and jogging so that all muscle will become free and flexible but with good diet not by eating biryanis, icecreams, sugar items and junk food....
Strictly Stop eating three whites ( rice , sugar, salt )......
Start eating salads millets and Jonna roti ...
Chapathi also fat it improves our love handles ....
Sit in the sun for vitamin D between morning 10 To afternoon 2....
Fair skin people sit for 20 minutes
Dark skin people sit for 45 minutes ....
Early morning and evening drink 5 glasses hot water compulsory please.....
Don't drink cold water and don't eat cold things don't eat salt please consider this as an important thing....
Eat Sprouts instead of egg, because sprouts having 5 times more protein, high fibre content ,zero fat and makes our hormones balanced .....
Egg doenst have fibre and less protein

Please follow my tips with discipline sure you will loose weight and get flat stomach and looks good...
Eat more fibre and protein FOODand less pesticide affected fruits and vegetables .....
Drink 5 litres water compulsory and eat raw food 50 % daily for healthy body .....
Reducing weight is not important getting body in to the shape is more important ...
90% diet 10 % exercise.....
" Dieting means eating right food not eating less"......
Pay the farmer now or else pay the doctor later ...
