I've been a follower of Ms Emi Wong for so long and have been doing her workouts whenever i want to lose weight. I was dying with the leg & ab exercises everyday but it was worth it. From 70kg i went to 60kg in a month. Of course i had to also cut my sugar intake but i want firm arms, stomach & legs so i always go to Ms Emi Wong for exercises and the result was amazing. I love it but now I am back to 70kg again because i pig out last Christmas, New Year, Valentines day lol 😂 now Ms. Emi Wong is calling me again to workout by putting a BTS workout. Thanks Ms. Emi I promise to start working out again 😂
