A few weeks ago I did it for the first time and to be honest, I couldn't do the whole thing without taking a huge break between the jumping squats. But now I just did the whole thing successfully and consistently :)) thank you Emi for these workouts, it proves that you don't need to pay for a gym membership to get fit

day 1: my legs are dead, if anyone cares, BUUUUUT this was really fun and energizing. i love this song so i wasn't just working out, i was singing (screaming out of pain) along too. nice, short addition to my routine for that pinch of cardio. feeling good!

@@whatulookingat9173 not everday but almost, i do when i have a break or when i'm home after work (usualy 5 times a week and 1 until 2 videos per day, this is depend what u want to burn or what your own goal 😊).. Because I'm living in the Apart so i mostly did the "quite" exercises which is no jumping HIIT exercises but you may do the jumping one for the best result.. Good luck! 💜💜

Day 1- It was so hard, but somehow I completed it
Day 2- It’s a bit easier than day 1 (5 more days to go!)
