@@financeabcs The person with meditation and $10 000 will still be more balanced (& less stressed) than the person without peace of mind and $10 000.
Meditation brings balance, gratitude and satisfaction (plus many more attributes for example: wisdom, knowledge, love, courage, forgiveness and integration, but those 2 relate to finances the most).
To put it another way there are plenty of examples people who have just enough and are happy; and plenty of rich people who are not only stressed, but disillusioned and unsatisfied that riches didn't make them happy and now are more stressed than before.
I believe You already know this to be true.

I have started praying the rosary every day, and it definitely gets you into a meditative state. Just throwing it out there to anyone interested in a religious component to this.

I agree with you, every but every single time I am praying the rosary I feel so so much peace, I feel like I am in deep meditative state, it is really so so amazing I like to do it slow, a bit slower than normal speed and it is really a magic

I look forward to my set daily mindfulness practice. Throughout the day I do it just to do it too
I get an odd kick out of watching my thoughts without owning them. They come...they go as effortlessly as clouds . Same with emotions.

meditation and yoga are actually methods to understand oneself. they are also a form of worship. There are a lot of other uses of meditation.

You and Jay Palfrey are my favorite young vlogers; very different attitude and approach though, he's mostly relaxed and smiling, and you're mostly serious 😆
