    I think the concept of tracking your time is so interesting! I would love to see where my time goes during the day.
    I love the concept of “eating the frog”. I’ve tried it out before and I always feel so much lighter for the day knowing that my hardest task is done.

    • @manuuu8531
      @manuuu8531 2 года назад

      For me it really depends on the nature of the frog. Like if the frog is really difficult academic work and I do it in the morning I get complacent for the rest of the day. If it's something like working out or procedural work then I feel relieved. I really enjoy the Swiss cheese tho and not thinking too much about the task ahead because it envelopes me in existential dread.

    Not responding to texts immediately makes me anxious… if I don’t respond it’ll be in the back of my mind while I’m doing other work. Maybe that’s something I need to work on!

    I feel Nate is speaking a bit slower and there are more short pauses between and in sentences, feels easier to follow up. And very good tips! Thanks I love this content
