@@Piiuu then you know my pain 😭😭 I also have stomach pain, when I walk it feels like I’m being ripped open, no literally I can’t move in my sleep because it hurts so much. Must be because of those 50 crunches I did
I had kind of an epiphany a few months ago when I realized that my posture was so bad because I was embarrassed about my chest. Something that has helped me has been stretching my shoulders and arms back as far as they can go to engage my back muscles and stretch out my pectorals, going as far as I can, really exaggerating the movement to make a more open posture feel relaxed in comparison. My sister's chiropractor said "put your shoulder blades in your back pocket". In addition, wearing extremely comfortable bras helps me feel safe and protected, even if there isn't much support! I personally like calvin klein underwear, and I get them from costco, haha. I also just recently saw something that said ones body curls up if they feel unsafe, to protect ourselves. Many people, myself included, have internalized hurtful experiences that make us want to be small and take up less space. This is why posture and confidence are so closely connected. Knowing that, I do my best to be very gentle with myself when I notice my bad posture, and asking myself how I feel emotionally that is making me want to become smaller. I recently just started at a new workplace, and although all my coworkers are great, I still felt a bit nervous and unsure of myself. In addition, since it is my first time with a job where I have to dress in business clothes to go to the office, I was wearing clothes that I hadn't ever really worn before and I was unsure how to wear them comfortably. But recognizing these feelings, I was able to inwardly pat myself on the head and tell myself that I'm doing my best and that I am safe, and then my posture was able to relax. So, it goes both ways. Having good posture can give us a confidence boost, and caring for ourselves gently and nurturing our confidence really helps to have good posture as well! I hope all of you can become confident baddies who can inwardly give themselves a kiss on the forehead when you're not as confident as you'd like to be, rather than feel guilty about it. One step at a time! You will definitely get there

Girl sameee! my mom got me my first bra pretty late (I was 16) but the damage was already done by that point. I used to hunch myself so that my nipples won't show as I didn't have a bra 😭
I remember one time I was walking through a crowded place to meet my friends, and suddenly became aware of my posture, so I straightened up and walked evenly. When I got up to them they said "you walk like a model" hahah I was flustered by that comment at the time, but it goes to show that posture truly does make a difference!

I think as a woman it is more about our society too like ive heavy bust area and my bust started growing when i was 13, 14 my family made me feel weird about it like its a bad thing i should hide and never pop my chest out and walk that made me walk with anxiety and bad slouching shoulders back i hate it now when im 20 i am trying to be aware about it but its a habit I’ll have to break.
I’m the same. people used to point it out to me all the time, especially when I did exercise. I’m 19 about to be 20 and it’s such a hard habit to break at this age.
@@cement8191 i know right like even when i wear bra and walk they kind of moved a little and i was pointed out again and again made embarrassed about it by my family like “you should walk slow” or slouch i was so mad and confused like what the heck am I supposed to so is it my fault if i have big bust? Now i understand things better but again heavy bust puts pressure on back so that’s why it is more hard and exhausting too i really hope we learn to walk with confidence and stop giving fs about society.
This is so true I have a small chest and I'm already an insecure person so I tend to hide it but then my friend whose like a C-D hides hers too because she's afraid of making it seem like she's just poking it out. We are on like complete opposite sides of the spectrum yet we both feel uncomfortable and that's what really sucks. But with channels like these I try to remember I'm getting better for me not for anyone else.
@@thelying2594 i know right, thanks for your input i did not know about this, but i definitely can understand how frustrating and unfair it is, we deserve to walk the way we want to without being bothered by people staring or not ik that’s easier said than done cause i hate when people stare creeps are everywhere but there is also possibility of us overthinking it in our head every second always because of our upbringing and environment.
I love how you brought up the fact about the bust size personally for me I feel very uncomfortable I tried improving my posture but then everybody stares at the bust and I just repeat the same habit a friend of mine even told me to fix the posture bcz she thought I had a good figure and I just keep slouching but ppl overlook the fact that some of us might be very embarrassed about the bust I hope I get the confidence to do so....
god/spirit/nature/genetics gave you that bust, be proud of it! You cannot change it, but you CAN do damage to your spine if you hide such a positive attribute. those who stare are admiring. Positive attention can b difficult initially, esp if it has been a rare occurrence in the past. We can often jump to negative conclusions about how others view us. Majority of people are too wrapped up in their own heads, their own insecurities to think as critically as we often assume they are It can help to focus on others, what we think about them/engage with them vrs wondering what they are thinking about us. It is a mantal habit you can break by initially noticing every time you think this way and then reframing your thoughts. People love beauty, they love to stare at it, be absorbed by it and that is why they look at you. it is OK to have an admirable bust and posture. finally, faking the confidence will trick your mind into being confident given enough time ;)
32, started actively correcting my posture a year ago. A friend said I had tight shoulder muscles, caving my shoulders inward, so I opened my chest more. But my experience with corsets helped also straighten out my spine, keeping my ribcage well above my hip bone. Quickly I felt like pulling my head back and higher to balance it on top of my spine, thereby eradicating trapezius tension. Look into fascia and tensegrity to understand that the spine isn’t stacked like a stone pillar: the vertebrae basically should glide over each other without squashing down the discs, and you have to use your muscles for this to happen. In my experience, no chair can help with this. Best time and place to strengthen muscles and rehearse good posture while sitting is in the subway, bus, or maybe horseback riding. The constant movement helps stay aware of posture, but you need to not lean on the backrest. The advice about chairs in the video, imo, can only help become aware of what good posture should feel like, to feel how far back you should lean and how straight you can stretch up. It took months for this to become second-nature, and I easily slouch again in the company of slouched friends. But the rewards are so worth the effort, and now I have a corner of my mind that automatically monitors the way I hold myself when alone :) and my deep core muscles can do the work now! Added bonus: the few people I see straighten their posture after they’ve seen me. A couple of months ago some older man was sitting near me in the subway, and he would re-square up his shoulders after turning his head and glancing in my direction. So cute! 😊

Я думаю, что без упражнений тут не обойтись. Одно время я делала упражнения для хорошей осанки и моя спина держалась ровно в течение нескольких часов сама собой. Если я сейчас долго сижу с прямой спиной она начинает уставать и побаливать
This channel is slowly changing my life, not just aesthetically, but in the realms of my physical and mental health. Thank you for everything y’all do!
Amazing ! Here's an experience of mine I used to have slumped shoulders my whole life and I tried to correct it by practicing and it helped but still didn't fully change and found out a relationship between self esteem and body posture. I used to hate myself so much like I always felt unworthy so subconsciously my body was showing what was truly happening inside me . I started to heal the emotional traumas, later I started to love myself more and more, suddenly saw myself in a good posture like the shoulders were fully straight .

About last year I began to fix my posture. I immediately began getting way more compliments and I think that posture is a good way to boost your confidence- even if I’m feeling tired or nervous I always maintain good posture which makes people think I’m confident (and even intimidating?) Of course, taking care of your appearance is big too but posture is what will maximize your full potential! If it feels awkward at first that’s ok, it did for me too and it still does sometimes. But seriously, posture and the way you walk is NO JOKE… don’t sleep on it !!!

Even as a man, your channel has excellent value. This is what I needed to correct with proper proof my posture; as an engineer student, this is really important for not getting the tech neck described.
I needed this so much!! I've been noticing my bad posture recently but didn't had any idea how to fix it, but now that I have the tips I'll surely try them all. TYSM 💜☺️
I like how Peachie is always kind enough to actually give us good reason to care more or less about something. Those celebrities really do look more gorgeous with the correct posture.
this video has helped me discover that I have APT, thank you much! I always wondered why my belly looked so big, like I was pregnant, when the rest of my body was super lean, and why no matter how skinny I got, or how much I worked out, or how clean I ate, I never had abs, it's all because of the APT!! I just did a quick fixing (although I need to train it because it's pretty hard, yk many years of bad posture) and omg, I saw that I actually do have abs/flat stomach which makes sense giving how lean I am everywhere else, this has been life changing, I will really train and strech to make sure my posture improves for good, thank you!
This is a wonderful video, very much needed after two years of corona and being a couch potato. Love that you give advice on how to correct it too. It really makes a big difference, the celebrity examples make it undeniable!
Thank you for taking the time to explain all of this! I really love how in depth each of your videos are It's true, everyone says to correct your posture but never explains it. It's a huge struggle! I'm so glad to have this video 🩷
I got a lot of complaints from my friends in the past like my composure makes me less attractive. I didn’t know how bad it looked until I have grown up then watched old photos. They are right. Maybe it was one of reasons why I was single while my bestie who has a bright and joyful personality and good composure got many guys liking her. Now I’m fixing it. The moment my crush said I walked like I got so bored with the world. I was dying internally. 💀
i only just watched this and can tell it's gonna be life changing. i'll be honest i almost cried when she said "in this day and age where everyone is spending so much money trying to get a bigger bust size it's time for us to stand tall and proud". my bust started developing very early on, and my mom would always tell me to cover up or make it less obvious. now it's a habit that's seemed impossible to break. i've been a lingerie fitter for some years and have told countless full fit girls that they have nothing to be ashamed of, and building their confidence with well fitting bras, but was never able to take my own advice. it's a shame that i'm still learning to be proud of the body i've had since i was 11, now at age 25, but healing is never linear - and now i have a blueprint for that journey. thanks, dear peachie!
My back straightened after wearing compressive sports bra instead of normal bras. I find that the tightness forces me to keep myself straight up because hunching over makes the bra feel tighter. I definitely need to work on my hips though, I think the reason why my family says I have a big butt is because I have an anterior tilt 😢
Video showed up randomly in my home feed today and decided to watch it while I work. Very true and interesting! I'd just like to add to the reasons why someone might be too self conscious to have good posture besides big boobs: I'm tall-ish for a woman. Have been since I was 14 or so (at the time I was towering over some friends). I also wore glasses and couldn't sit at the back of the class. So I spent my formative years being told I was too tall, weird etc and being told to curl up in my desk to "get out of the way". It became a habit to feel bad about my height and to hunch my back. I still have some friends who are tiny compared to myself, so being self conscious about it never really goes away. And that aside, I'd also add that when you feel you're ugly, you don't actually want to look confident, cause you're not. So it can be very hard to force a good posture even if you can do it. Like you said, it does attract attention, and you don't always want that. People might be looking cause you look better now with the good posture, but to your self conscious mind, it's cause you're ugly. Might need to work on the mentality too along with the body.
I have Hunchback and a girl literally asked me why I had my back looking like that and I felt lousy ofc, even my mom always told me about my posture and the reason behind it was that I had to carry loads of books which was like 1 kg of load on my back and I still sit with my laptop on the bed and everyone watched their phone, I do it in a wrong way and now I have to confident to improve my posture and when I get successful at it my confidence will boost even more.
What I don't understand is a few people claim to fix it instantly after being aware. But I'm aware, yet I have to struggle to maintain the ideal posture for long periods.
this is why I--as a yoga instructor--always get compliment whenever I walk except I am still struggling with the head forward problem. but good posture matters!!
Another radically changing thing is right proportions. Naturally it might be not perfect but we can correct it with clothes and upgrade our image. Even incredible beauties could be ruined by wrong outfit proportions
It has everything to do with how you sleep ane your pillow (and how you sit on the sofa too). Thats my problem, sleeping curled in a ball and my heads forward and shoulders forward. Shoulders are the hardest to fix i swear. Im always stretching and having to correct myself when walking but its impossible to avoid when walking around for hours and carrying heavy shopping bags
The only problem I have with this is walking "heel to toe" I'm not a doctor or expert at all I just know from a physical therapist saying that walking with your heel first doesn't absorb any of the shock of walking from your knees and hips in the long run. Besides that this video is super helpful! My problem is my spinel alignment being a bit curves so if I walk upright I start to slant to my left no matter what :( I'm trying my best to stay upright but I know that's something that needs correcting from the inside first. Thank you!
@@arianabvtchh The physical therapist I saw said from the mid or front! I've observed I usually walk that way without shoes but with I tend to walk heel to toe
@@aartzy Yeah, seems like it! I'd guess if the pressure isn't all at once it should be fine but I suppose some people don't really think about it too much while walking how much pressure is being applied
I was actually surprised coming back to the States seeing so many people with bad posture. In Asia, lots of parents constantly tell their kids to "straighten the back" and although there are less gym activities going on in Asian cultures, people tend to have a generally "normal" posture. Of course, smart phone usage is causing neck problems severely, but here in the States, lots of young kids and young adults constantly slouch and have really bad posture, despite of the active gym and health scene going on. Here, it seems like there is a clear deviation between the population who work out having great posture and those who lack backbone strength to result in some bad posture.
this channel has the most helpful and real advice. i already learn a lot from your makeup and style videos, but this one will help me more because of my health issues.
Thank you so much! I’ve always been told I have a bad posture, but have never been shown how I look. They would always show how I look with THEIR own body, so I never learned because it wasn’t my body they showed as an example.😅 and I didn’t know there were different kinds of bad postures! I feel more confident in myself now after watching this video. Will definitely come back for it time and time again.
I just realized how bad my body posture is! It's happened when I attend traditional dancing class, and from that I keep maintaining in my mental note to keep my body posture as good as I dance, it's a game changer tho
for those who truly struggle and have had several years of posture issues, where DIY exercises and heightened posture awareness is not working... You likely need to reset the nervous system, not just the muscles, because the habit is terribly ingrained, you just may cause more damage to your posture. (For instance, i thought the top of my head was just above my brow, but it is actually further back near to where a high pony-tail is. This meant i ingrained my arched neck even more and got nowhere with the exercises i was doing) It is best to do slow, intentional yin yoga or qi gong exercises where you are aware of every aspect of the body and have the TIME to assess them all mentally, vrs rushing through a set/repetions My best results have come from Alexander technique lessons i took weekly for 2 years -i grew 3 inches taller! But i now prefer Feldenkrais instead as it is much more natural, less mental effort (important for someone with ME/CFS where limited energy being dominant symptom) and more agency for the student as well as resetting the nervous system. Lying on the floor and making T-Y-W-L with your arms, aiming for 10mins in each shape, is an excellent place to start to correct shoulder posture. If vertical exercises hurt too much, do them on the floor and LISTEN to your body. Dont shy away from pain, but learn not to go too far with it -i ended up having to crack and realign several joints very VERY gently with my newly strengthened muscles -often i had an emotional effect when this happened as micro-traumas (and large) are stored in the body. but it ALWAYS felt instinctively correct in these instances, that the pain n crack was a healthy needed one -dont aim for this, but be aware it may happen if ur posture issue is really bad N.B. i had poor posture at least since i was 6yrs old, from 2014 (now 40) I was bed-bound when i wasnt sofa-bound for several years. Poor posture puts stress on the body and nervous system (which affects everything from energy-digestion-mental health and clarity etc etc). Working on my posture was one of 3 key elements which are regaining my health and recovery. and posture was one of several key elements that contributed to my 'perfect storm' in developing ME/CFS
Thanks, I will check these out. I have really bad posture, just willing myself to straighten isn't working... Exercises do something, but only for short while, it's not enough. I will try this.
@@AnotherSkyTV goodluck. During covid, i was able to find online classes/sessions for feldenkrais, which maybe an option if you are not near a large city.
i developed bad posture because ever since i was a kid ive always been the tallest in class so id slouch a bit to make myself appear smaller :( im happy about my height now but the posture still remains... i'll try to be more mindful
Thank you so much, yesterday I was looking at my shoulders thinking how come it's so manly looking and slouchy. Now I know my terrible posture's the reason. Though I've been searching reasons as to why my back, shoulders and neck hurts, I've never had a clear answer until now.
you could be as comfy and relaxed as you want so long as you are also regularly exercising - proper sports not gym. Martial arts, yoga, for example, are excellent for engaging all your muscles and allowing them to grow properly together.
Something that helped me a lot with posture lately was getting a special pillow for sleep posture! It's really hard to work on my posture during the day if my shoulders and neck are all stiff from sleeping incorrectly for several hours.
I have a lot of issues with good posture because I don't believe in myself and thus don't believe I deserve to hold my head up high. Weird, I know, but sometimes I would rather just slouch and minimize myself as much as possible in this world.
Hunching to hide the chest is sooo true. My chest is not even that big but I still feel too uncomfortable to ever pop it out. I don't want people to stare at it... I wish I had a completelly flat chest so I don't have to worry about it ever 😢

Standing on one leg whenever you can! Your body needs to take extra effort to keep balance, so it's a good way to cram in some exercise while waiting in line, doing dishes, brushing teeth etc.
i've been trying to fix my posture lately, mostly my neck but everything else too. i'm starting to realize my pelvis might be tilted a little bit but i think stretching it a bit will help. what i'm worried about is when i try to fix my rounded shoulders, my left shoulder resists so much. it like snags (?) and feels... crunchy, for lack of a better word. and when i keep rubbing the joints trying to keep it in place it feels sore after a while. i think it might be because of an injury i had last year, i fell down the stairs and landed on my shoulder blade (embarrassing lol). i hope if i keep trying it will get better but no luck so far. i wish i had been careful about letting it heal properly back then, i though since i still had (well, what i thought was) good mobility it was fine but that does not appear to be the case :[
ゆうか(Yuuka Sagawa) her posture workouts saved my life (she also does neck hump, pelvic tilt, longer neck etc), i had a beautiful posture, but 2 yrs of lock down ruined it, i almost have my perfect posture back, and get told constantly i walk like a model or a confident lawyer. trust me. i highly recommed maumsi also great for facial, shoulder and neck workouts. good luck on your journey and hope your shoulder blade heals properly
This was so helpful! I have been putting my weight on the outer part of my foot and walking with my knees bent. Not only does it look better but walking feels way more effortless now. 😅
Thanks a lot! I'll do my best to get a better posture! I also started by hiding my breasts, but now I want to feel confident and comfortable with my body

Majority of people are too wrapped up in their own heads, their own insecurities to think as critically as we often assume they are
It can help to focus on others, what we think about them/engage with them vrs wondering what they are thinking about us.
So cute! 😊
how do we do daily tasks with good posture? like reading a book, sitting on a couch, laying in bed, looking at phone, sitting on the desk? it gets hard to maintain good posture, how do we maintain it? and shoulders feel very tight and it feels forced. how do we stand straight without it being TOO straight and without standing like this / like in a slant with the neck and shoulder alignment being in a slant as in a try to have it straight??
Я думаю, что без упражнений тут не обойтись. Одно время я делала упражнения для хорошей осанки и моя спина держалась ровно в течение нескольких часов сама собой.
Если я сейчас долго сижу с прямой спиной она начинает уставать и побаливать
not Taylor swift being in almost every example 😭😭
This channel is slowly changing my life, not just aesthetically, but in the realms of my physical and mental health. Thank you for everything y’all do!
i've been trying to improve my posture for a few days now, but i couldn't do it.. i'm so happy you released this video, thank you peachies! :D
I know workout that worked on me
it make your shoulder narrow and fix them
If you're afraid of links it called ' kpop 90° shoulder workout
Amazing ! Here's an experience of mine
I used to have slumped shoulders my whole life and I tried to correct it by practicing and it helped but still didn't fully change and found out a relationship between self esteem and body posture.

I immediately began getting way more compliments and I think that posture is a good way to boost your confidence- even if I’m feeling tired or nervous I always maintain good posture which makes people think I’m confident (and even intimidating?)
Of course, taking care of your appearance is big too but posture is what will maximize your full potential!
If it feels awkward at first that’s ok, it did for me too and it still does sometimes.
But seriously, posture and the way you walk is NO JOKE… don’t sleep on it !!!

Please do one of these videos for every topic on the glow up pyramid! It would be sooo helpful!
These videos are the best because they are so detailed and explain exactly how to do things, they really make a difference! I'd love more videos about glow up, like how to control the aura/impression you're giving, how to sit and eat in an elegant way, how to be more confident etc.
Istg this channel is a life saver I was literally just saying I want to start fixing my posture it’s like they read my mind every time 😭😭😭😭
I’m going to my first drop in k-pop dance class today as a total beginner and this could not have come sooner! Trying to go in confident ☺️ Thank you Peachie!!!
how was it??
i hope it went well and that youre able to be more aware of your posture! im also looking to start kpop dance classes somewhere in the near future and i wanna be as confident as i can and present myself well (for my own happiness of course, but to present myself confidently to others too) good luck on your journey! we got this
Even as a man, your channel has excellent value. This is what I needed to correct with proper proof my posture; as an engineer student, this is really important for not getting the tech neck described.
needed this
I'm wanting to change my posture for this! So it's better get it fixed while I'm a teenager
I like how you included Tzuyu in the examples, I was always impressed by her posture!!!
Please continue making more videos about the glow up pyramid please~ Thank you!!!
this video has helped me discover that I have APT, thank you much!
I really love how in depth each of your videos are
It's true, everyone says to correct your posture but never explains it.
The video I was searching for these past few months. This channel is among my top faves for its self-improvement lessons. Thank you sooo much!
What other channels like this would you recommend? :)
Might need to work on the mentality too along with the body.
exactly what happens to me
fixed my posture and gait two years ago and I never knew it was an actual compliment people got! it reaaaaally matters
I am currently trying to fix my posture these past few days after I watch your glow up blueprint. Then you upload this, thank you sister Peachie.
This video came at a perfect time! I never post pictures on social media because my posture is so bad 😭and I’m really trying to correct it
i love this channel!!! I appreciate that the focus is not always on changing your looks with makeup but also the way you carry yourself.
This channel is a pure gold.
I never thought today I'd have to learn to walk again
Thank you!
wait if we don't walk heel to toe, then how am I supposed to walk? not trying to be rude, I am really wondering how hehe
You shouldn't put your body weight on the heel, but instead position the heel of the shoe first, and then the rest of the foot.
You do not know how much your videos have been helpful and this one in particular
OMG I WAS HAVING THIS ISSUE
AND I WANTED TO CORRECT IT but i always try to walk straight but then i couldnt :(
anyways thanks for this video!!
I just realized how bad my body posture is! It's happened when I attend traditional dancing class, and from that I keep maintaining in my mental note to keep my body posture as good as I dance, it's a game changer tho
Lmao I was watching a video about the same subject 😭 obviously dear peachie is better I jump on the notifications
This video popped up when today I needed a posture video and tld someone to pls make it. And It's Peachie who won🍑 Thank you Dear Peachie :)
for those who truly struggle and have had several years of posture issues, where DIY exercises and heightened posture awareness is not working...
You likely need to reset the nervous system, not just the muscles, because the habit is terribly ingrained, you just may cause more damage to your posture.
(For instance, i thought the top of my head was just above my brow, but it is actually further back near to where a high pony-tail is. This meant i ingrained my arched neck even more and got nowhere with the exercises i was doing)
It is best to do slow, intentional yin yoga or qi gong exercises where you are aware of every aspect of the body and have the TIME to assess them all mentally, vrs rushing through a set/repetions
My best results have come from Alexander technique lessons i took weekly for 2 years -i grew 3 inches taller!
Dont shy away from pain, but learn not to go too far with it -i ended up having to crack and realign several joints very VERY gently with my newly strengthened muscles -often i had an emotional effect when this happened as micro-traumas (and large) are stored in the body. but it ALWAYS felt instinctively correct in these instances, that the pain n crack was a healthy needed one -dont aim for this, but be aware it may happen if ur posture issue is really bad
N.B. i had poor posture at least since i was 6yrs old, from 2014 (now 40) I was bed-bound when i wasnt sofa-bound for several years.
Was waiting for your upload! Really needed a video on bad posture cause I can't for god fix it .
anywho, remember that no matter what ur beautiful! do whatever makes u comfortable
My posture is bad because i try to appear shorter, i will follow these tips!
i developed bad posture because ever since i was a kid ive always been the tallest in class so id slouch a bit to make myself appear smaller :( im happy about my height now but the posture still remains... i'll try to be more mindful
i love this channel SO MUCH you have no idea.
YAYYY I M SO HAPPY YOU FINALLY POSTED THIS I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A WEEK LOL THANKS DEAR PEACHEIEIEIE
i’m literally crying right now nobody told me i look so fugly everyday bc of my posture 😭 i’m looking at pics of myself and oml whyyy
i have scoliosis but it’s mild and a very foreword head posture because i spend all the time on my phone and laptop, and at school i’m constantly slouched over doing my work and carrying a very heavy backpack from class to class. in my bed when i sit down i have awful curved forward posture and oml how do i fix this.
Pls do a video on hairstyles dat shows our style
Dat will be helpful in enhancing one's appearance from afar
Dear peachie has already made a series of videos on hair... You can check out their hairstyle video playlist and i believe you can pick up some useful tips for yourself
Yes! I love to do everything in order to be more „attractive“ for other people❤ can we have a video about bleaching your body (knees and armpits) next? :-) ❤🎉
I'm so in love for this channel!!! Thanks for the tips!!!
Совет с локтями такой простой, но такой эффективный, спасибо ❤❤❤
As always incredible video, this is the best beauty channel !!
Standing on one leg whenever you can! Your body needs to take extra effort to keep balance, so it's a good way to cram in some exercise while waiting in line, doing dishes, brushing teeth etc.
Idk how people keep straight posture, I can't breath
Lol same 😂
Cause we’re not used to it😔
I love peachie. 💜😘 It's teaching me so many things on how to glow up and be a pretty lady. ✨
i've been trying to fix my posture lately, mostly my neck but everything else too. i'm starting to realize my pelvis might be tilted a little bit but i think stretching it a bit will help. what i'm worried about is when i try to fix my rounded shoulders, my left shoulder resists so much. it like snags (?) and feels... crunchy, for lack of a better word. and when i keep rubbing the joints trying to keep it in place it feels sore after a while. i think it might be because of an injury i had last year, i fell down the stairs and landed on my shoulder blade (embarrassing lol). i hope if i keep trying it will get better but no luck so far. i wish i had been careful about letting it heal properly back then, i though since i still had (well, what i thought was) good mobility it was fine but that does not appear to be the case :[
U r my fav channel fr 💓
thanks for the video looking forward to the next one sooooooo much ❤️
This was absolutely helpful. Thank you alot for informing us while make us feel good and relieved at the same time
What a amazing video! I always suffered with bad posture, and this came in good time💖
Thank you so much for emphasizing the details!!
It really helped a lot ❤️
Thanks a lot! I'll do my best to get a better posture! I also started by hiding my breasts, but now I want to feel confident and comfortable with my body
i hate my posture 😢 i hope i can fix it thank u so much, i really want to fix it before going to uni
Thank you. You are my fav channel
I have a horrible pelvic tilt! Had it since I was young because of my scoliosis plus carrying backpacks filled with heavy books all throughout school!
Now I’ve got 2 kids I have to carry around instead 😂 trying so hard to fix my posture but I constantly feel in pain when trying to fix it and I give up.
One day I picked out my bad posture and instantly, a person was like, "Your posture is so good!"
I love his channel sm!!
oh, i was looking forward to this video!
another incredible video. i'm always amazed by the quality of content you're able to continually make. you can tell how much time and effort went into it
I have been suffering from bad posture since many years and now I am 16 year old. I am tall and have beautiful hourglass body but I never look good in any clothes. Before when I didn't knew about my bad posture. I used to be a carefree girl I was very outspoken and extroverted but as time passes people started pointing out my bad posture and than I realized how wired I look. And because of that I am now very insecure. I feel disgusting. And not only that I am also suffering from very bad back pain because of my bad posture. I tried so many exercise to improve my posture and now it's better than before but still not fully.
But this video made me understand what I need to do.
Dear peachie, if you are reading this than Thank you so much for this video .This video is another reason why I love this channel so much.
I love you sooo much dear peachie.
And sorry for my bad English.
Love from Nepal 🇳🇵.
🌸❤️!!
6:45 OHHHH So that's why I've been having neck, shoulder and upper back pain for years now. Also it's been hurting to the point where my shoulders and neck crack way too much.
So helpful, thanks a lot!
Would love to see a video on correcting bad diet
My school bag is really heavy that's why my posture is bad
If you really struggle with having good posture, there are also posture correctors that you can buy on amazon!!! Good luck everyone
Thank you for your effort💓💞
I want to correct my bad posture so bad, but all the exercises I've tried so far are so painful😥 my neck leans forward so 'correcting' it makes it hard to breathe too😥
Я так благодарна, что есть русские субтитры♥️♥️♥️ спасибо большое 😘😘😘
Thank you so much for this!
Oh I'm motivated 🥰
I really needed this🙏
Not me having literally every single bad posture issue 😂
Everyday yoga helps a lots with posture
