    How do you guys compare this to the Troy supra spreader bar?

    • @jamestonbellajo
      @jamestonbellajo 2 года назад +1

      Functionality is similar. The pivot ball joint is more sturdy than Troy’s and the ergonomic handles prevent grip fatigue and helps with targeting the muscles you want for the exercise you’re doing without involving too much of your grip.

      @@eag8999 It is moronic to justify the price of this attachment on the use during "triceps extensions," you may hit your triceps every day more than any other body part. But spending $189 on it only to utilize it for triceps is stupid as all hell.

      @@bert5492 ☝️ But....What if the connection to the triceps using this is better than anything else that you tried? What would YOU recommend if you didn't want to spend the $ on this bar ,that would give a comparable tricep workout experience. What type of cable attachment?

  • @o_o942
    @o_o942 5 лет назад +7

    Great tool, but way overpriced. $189 is an irrational price for a cable attachment. I'll wait for the more cost-effective Chinese version.

      @@eag8999 I'm about to order it. Your the 5th person that I saw said the same thing. Also I have 7 Mag bars they're great! If your serious about training ,to me its worth it,to buy name brand quality products. At 67, I found out a long time ago ,mostly,you get what you pay for. As the old saying goes, you order cheap crap,you get cheap crap. You want to ride in a Cadillac or a chevette? If you can't run with the big dogs, stay on the porch!! I haven't seen a bad review for prime products yet.

      Premium price for a premium product. Worth every penny. Wouldn’t trade any of my prime attachments for others. Not a fan of their bars though. Lat attachment works better than Mag and replaces most of them. The spreader is great at triceps, rows, face pulls, cable curls, and many others. Can’t beat the versatility. Probably use the spreader more than the singles or the lat attachment.
