Elbow sleeves and Wrist wraps saved me from pain. Also thick handles are better for elbow ,at least for me.
Love my Prime handles. Use them all the time for cable crossovers and pulldowns
i got mine specificaly cuz i love how they feel on cable flyes.
I also have elbow tendinitis I did some self rehab at home by doing slow push-ups on the way down. I also do slow bench press on the way down.
I feel like it caused more elbow pain I have bigger hands in the weight seems to just be in my fingers causing me more pain
how abaut that Spreader Bar?
these handles suck for pulling heavy weights. you literally cannot use wrist wraps on these things; so instead of getting a great back workout, your grip is the first weak link.
The point of those types of handles is that you are at the bio mechanical advantaged position so you do not need wrist wraps or like.
You can use versa grips with them though
