    I'm an athlete myself and believe me oh boyyyy, this looks easy but this whole circuit is tough af... Not for beginners at all... And I'm not criticizing these guys... They've done an awesome job ❤️

    I'm focusing on pushing my top speed and explosiveness. I'm willing to do anything, I do leg bench press 10-12 reps 2 or 3 times a day, but I got people telling me what to do all over the place in my school
    I was told that to be a good sprinter, in track and field I were to lift less, and run more. I was also told that running two miles and then sprinting 100m ten times with one minute breaks in between would increase speed. I was told that swinging arms help drive up legs, and should bench more. People told me to do barbell thrusters a lot. I was also told to do core work outs.
    I have a lot of things in my mind but I don't know which to start off with, I can squat 260, leg bench press 720, I bench 115, fastest mile time is 6:35, fastest 100m sprint is 15.17, my 40 dash is 5.80 (I think) every time I leg bench press and run on the same day, (I forgot which part of my body ached exactly) I think my core, chest, and quads felt weird.
    Some people told me it was a good thing, and that I was progressing fast, while some people told me I just need to eat better.

    I’m 6”1 and starting a big journey tomorrow.I can easily touch the rim but can’t dunk so I decided to go to gym for 3 days a week for 2 months.My programme is ready and I’m dead excited hope I will achieve it.

    I had acl surgery ( fully recovered now ) I can run as fast as I used to but jumping is a problem for me. I’ll try these

    These are awesome exercises, I'm going to be using these with my daughter's volleyball training and I thought this would be good for lacrosse speed training as well. Do you know where we can get one of those big tires or what would be a good alternative to use at home? Thx so much!!

    I cant See if you will read this, but i have to say thanks. With your 2 Week home jump Program i gained some jump height. I can jump on obstacles with a height of 1.37m and i am just 16. Imma keep it up to gain more and more.

    i don’t need to be told to challenge myself by you guys. commonly there are more resistance for regular people to aim for maximum gain. a lot of people do what we can do without a workout group, convenient gym set up or even youtube participation as a motivational factor. you have a lot thing going for you. if you understand this, you should be more careful telling us to challenge ourselves. believe me we do it.

      Most high schools have one at there football field. Both the high schools in my city have some tires. Some are big as hell some are pretty light

    another workout if yall really want it is pulling tires, put a chain in it lock it up and use a belt to put it on you and explode for like 25-30 feet. The tire could be any tire you can handle

    If you don’t want too do all this just , jump Rope ten minutes a day and stretch everyday (stretching loosen muscles) it’ll improve little but not much
