    Finally some one for ne to look up to. cant listen to all of this supposedly "practical" people who always tell you that you need to focus on other things while I watch how the work and TV drinks their lives. You are the reason why I got the energy to go to the gym and to practice on my jump. Tlb is a family to be proud of.

    This is a great concept. Become a high level athlete by ramping up without the use of a gym. This encourages me as I walk through the development process with my 9 yr old son. Great channel.

    This is actually a realistic routine with correct sets and reps. Great job. Most RUclips and Instagram workouts are for clicks and completely unrealistic.

    I'm 44 I lost 33 lbs I weigh 266. I haven't added any exercises yet. I've torn both mcl and an acl. I'm not looking for glory days I'm looking for better days. I've shifted my paradigm with my dietary lifestyle as well. What can I incorporate to start shedding mor weight but build functional muscle strength and endurance. I mean explosive as one with the injuries I've sustained can get.

    how many times a week should I be doing weighted leg workouts and plyo workouts?? please help me out my vertical has not got any better lately

      you can do plyo workouts almost every day, its just a matter of motivation, your body will pretty much always benefit from a workout but I usually rest 1-2 days after weights before I do plyo again because I'm too fatigued

    Can you do a video on a ab workout to get a flatter stomach. I am a heavy volleyball and basketball athlete, but I know if I can lose some weight, I can do great things.

      Just do 6 inches and planks but do them right and drink a lot of water. Also jog a lot or sprint

    Have you guys ever had to deal with shin splints? If so any suggestions to heal them?

      healthy.kaiserpermanente.org/static/health-encyclopedia/en-us/pi/media/medical/hw/h9991814_001_pi.jpg Do this stretch either seated or standing, make sure you warm up first because this stretch isn't painful even when you're stretching hard so you might pull something. Do calf, lower calf, quad and hammie stretches as well and do them all at least once a day until the shin splints go away. I get shin splints if I train hard for a few weeks and it used to take me 2-3 weeks to get rid of them but if you stretch regularly for a month or 2 they should stop completely.

      Abou Ahmed it'll make you run faster
      Jump higher
      And itll increase lateral quickness
      Really helpful for basketball football and track
      Boxing as well for in and out movement
