    I feel like it could be really interesting/fun to ask your followers for a day-in-the-life to follow and then select three to try. either intentionally or randomly select.
    there's such a predictable trend to celebrity diets/routines. it could be interesting to reflect on an "average" person's routine.

    Love the videos! So many great ideas/combinations to incorporate into my diet. I definitely like some of the combinations you use in the smoothies. I haven't used hemp hearts, but I put alittle flax in my smoothie yesterday and it was not great. LOL. But experimenting can be fun :) One of my favorites I make has spinach, blueberries, vanilla protein powder, almond milk (unsweet vanilla), and like a tablespoon of dry cheesecake pudding mix (SF). Gives it just alittle extra something. Depending on how hungry I am, sometimes I will have some toast with almond butter for some extra carbs and healthy fat. I've started buying frozen fruit because I realized as a single person I was wasting so much fresh produce. It's an amazing hack to save time and money.

    With intermittent fasting, you're supposed to consume as many calories as you normally would, just within a smaller time frame. I think you should definitely do some research into the studies, which show some very promising insight into DNA and cell health. (Maybe not for you right now, but I feel that people might think you've just completely debunked intermittent fasting based on the comments you've made here; pretty misleading in my humble opinion).
    Also, I love your format, it's casual, down to earth, and very cute. Love the sass as well 🤣

    • @ShellTay32

      Agreed. I do a version of intermittent fasting.14-16 hours. I do have coffee with some half and half in it but it's is less than 50 calories. Probably 20-40. All I can say is that my digestion is about 10,000 times better. No gas or bloating anymore. I FEEL so much better than when I eat as many times a day as she does in the video. But, everyone is different.

On a whim I bought a huge bag of shredded collard greens and started chopping it up and making huge flavor bomb salads for lunch that hold up over night and throughout the day (I eat my lunch in 2 short sittings, that's just what works best for me). Abbey, thoughts on cacao nibs? I keep seeing them but went to put them in my oats yesterday & saw a warning about using them while pregnant/breastfeeding on the bag! Not currently pregnant but hoping to be soon, so wondering what’s up with that!

    • @aprilmiller7601
      @aprilmiller7601 Год назад +5

      Hey there! Cacao (or in this case cacao nibs) contains natural stimulants, specifically caffeine. Thus the warning label. The cacao itself isn’t necessarily harmful (it actually has wonderful benefits, hello iron!) but it does contain a small amount of caffeine which has to be limited during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
