I love the pva glue idea as it allows the sand to retain its natural colour instead of always going darker mixed with resin.

Looks Gorgeous...nice piece.. I am just nervous to try this...I love painting so letting resin (which has a mind of its own) have control is harder then you think... Ok I will try it for myself I will start small and gain so confidence. Thanks for making it look easy...hugs Sheryl from Indiana 💙🎨💙

You can try a hair dryer to blow the waves. I just find the compressor nozzle to have more control. Torch is best for popping bubbles. Thanks!

Thank you so much for this tutorial ❤ I'm wondering, pva glue is the same one used to protect the resin for doming? It isn't necessary to put over the resin on the sand for security?

I just can’t seem to get the look with the shoreline that I want. I can’t seem to get the white to not separate and run down, or to stay thick at line and then lace? When I put a thicker line it just takes over the water. When it’s a thin line, it just falls apart? I so badly want to make my parents a clock for there75th anniversary, but not until I master, any advice?
