hello, great tutorial, i have a question regarding the white, i can not get mine to be solid, it always muted , what can i do , or what am i doing wrong
Hi Cathy, You can add more white tint to make it more opaque (no more than 6% of the mixture). Another tip is to mix your white, then let it set for 15 or 20 minutes, it will start to thicken up and will not dissipate so much when poured.
Fantastic. I would love to teach Scout Leaders to do this our group is called "Sharing by the Sea" I feel this could be so appropriate especially since we have not seen each other in over a year. Any suggestions about speeding up the drying time would really be appreciated. Thank you

Hi Annie, I used turquoise, you can mix blue and green to get the vibe :) Please connect with me at instagram.com/RebeccaBrianceauArt for tips
hello, great tutorial, i have a question regarding the white, i can not get mine to be solid, it always muted , what can i do , or what am i doing wrong
Hi Cathy, You can add more white tint to make it more opaque (no more than 6% of the mixture). Another tip is to mix your white, then let it set for 15 or 20 minutes, it will start to thicken up and will not dissipate so much when poured.
@@Artresin thank you
Great video!🎨❤️
Fantastic. I would love to teach Scout Leaders to do this our group is called "Sharing by the Sea" I feel this could be so appropriate especially since we have not seen each other in over a year. Any suggestions about speeding up the drying time would really be appreciated. Thank you
That sounds like a great project! Epoxy resin will cure faster in a warmer temperature, the ideal temperatures fall between 75-85F.
Fantastic tutorial! Both pieces are gorgeous!!!!
I love it !! How can you clean the drops that gets hard
you can sand them off or shave them off with an exacto knife.
Love it...
great stuff. question: is the sand part... actual sand or is it a colour, if so what did you use please?
Some artists use real sand mixed in, but in our case we combined colours to create a 'sand' colour. Our tints have changed a bit since this video so we don't have the exact colour formula we used. You can buy pre mixed colours or mix your own custom colour.
