You both did such a wonderful job! I have learned a lot and I now feel I can try one on my own, of course with you to by my side with this video. I am so surprised how you achieved the final look of the geode. Being a beginner, I was way off thinking I could do it by looking at the finished product! I was definitely wrong about that! I have everything I need and more besides to complete this beautiful work of art! You are a fantastic teacher!

Kathleen, this is exactly what we hope to accomplish when we team up with artists to share their techniques! Shilpi is a great teacher and makes it easy for us to incorporate her techniques into our own geode creations :) Good luck and have fun!

I absolutely loved both these pieces and would love to introduce my middle school art students to this. I love how you naturally came across things you didn’t like, I don’t like to say “mistakes” in art bc it is such an amazing an individual process, and was able to show us how to “fix/change” those things. What an amazing instructional video this is! Thank you both. I also loved how the colors were on different ends of the spectrum as well. 👍🏾 👍🏾

I wish I could find an adult class to go to for this. I Love beautiful rocks and the shiny crystals that you can find inside, but to be able to create them yourself..... PERFECT and FUN!!
Go for it! Don't forget to take lots of pictures from each class to look back on. Fun art, fun memories and maybe some new, fun ideas. I wish I could be the fly on the wall. 😊
