Nice, keep going. One quick suggestion: you could try explaining the exercise while doing them (i.e., without stopping to explain). It would make the workout more effective.
My subscribers give me a lot of advice like that. but most of the beginners don't know how to exercise. so they like my explanation more(rather than non-stop or little explanation because many such videos have already been made). so I talked a lot. It is still difficult to find a balance(Between a full explanation and a concise explanation). Frankly, there is a reason to take a short rest from exercise because it is too hard to explain a lot. haha...
Of course, for beginners, it makes sense to explain. What I'm trying to say is that there may be a way to make your videos useful for both beginners and advanced people. Honestly, I'm not sure that "many such videos have already been made". There is this one girl called "스미홈트Angela Chung" who makes quite impressive advanced exercises, then there's "Grace Life" from China (HIIT), and maybe Joanna Soh's 유산소 운동 videos, but that's pretty much all (for me, at least). Feel free to send me recommendations though :)
