I don't know the Warhammer fantasy lore as much as I know the Tolkien one, but taking into account Games Workshop based all the lore in Tolkien's work I'd assume that the name for the dragons comes from that. So, in Tolkien lore there was a Dark Age in which there were no lights in the sky. After that, stars were made, and after thousands of years the Moon and the Sun were created. Thus star dragons would be the oldest and ancient ones, who lived in the age that only had stars (that's why they are the largest and most powerful beneath dragons). Then would come moon and sun dragons, being the younger ones who had only lived centurys or a few thousands of years. I don't know if I'm right but this explanation would kinda fit
Star dragons are so-called because they've seen the light of another (i.e., not Mallus') star. They're immortal aliens who arrived on Mallus before the rise of Chaos- Warhammer Fantasy's Kryptonians.
i think sun dragon was because they are young and hot tempered, its why they were dragon mage mounts. celestial dragon would work instead of star, but that steps on cathay if they ever release it
I always freakin loved the night goblins, own and painted a few vintage models and I'm considering building a whole army for TOW, but... after watching a few batrep I'm wondering: do they ever win?? :D
When rolling a hit on the random movement scatter die, I think you have to use the small arrow. A fanatic that keeps spinning in place, although funny, isn't as is meant to be. IMHO.

Don't know specifics about your vehicle. If it is a message on the dash screen that says change oil put it off a bit. If it is the old school red oil indicator light you need to check your level and probably top it off with a quart BEFORE driving more, that means low oil not change oil and if it is too low the engine will seize and you are screwed with a capital S.
How was he able to shoot the dragon 40 times with his archers? I thought it was 5 for front row and 3 for each row behind. Unless hes on a hill then he will get an additional 5 shots then 3 for each after that. And I guess double that for the two groups. That is only 32 shots.
I HIGHLY doubt we'd see a new edition for at least 3 years, more likely 4-5, and only if TOW makes a metric shitton of money. Production schedules for major GW releases easily are 2-3 years ahead of current time, that's why restocking products that are sold out quickly is so problematic. And it still is a small system compared to 40K, and it is an expensive system, because it has way more model variety than 40K, and GW is already actively streamlining the 40K model range. People are very optimistic, but 90% of the speculation out there is simply not feasible. I can also see the game losing momentum with the extremely slow release schedule, and fisseling out in a year or two. Which still would be more than most of the old fantasy players could ever have dreamed of a few years ago. We got a new, and pretty decent ruleset, and a chance to buy all those Minis we couldn't get our hands on before for a somewhat reasonable price. Even if TOW won't be continued, I'm happy we got what we did get.

Goblin lists are extremely dependant on Itchy nuisance and Vindictive glare to _try_ to deal with such big monsters.
I wish there were more O&G players that had them as their main army. They can be a great army when you know them.
