Hello. I submitted my biometrics two days ago, and the application is now being processed. I am informed that the time it takes for a decision on my visa is about 12 weeks. If I get rejected in mid July and I am planning to study beginning on September, will I have enough time to reapply and get my visa without missing out on the semester?

Thanks for the great advice. What if candidates already have an existing express entry profile, but now decided to apply for student visa? Do u recommend deleting express entry profile before submitting the application to the canada embassy? (What can such candidates do to increase their chances of getting a student visa?)
You can't delete EE profile - the records will be in the system anyway.

Hello sir.. I have changed college after refusal though program is similar to previous one.. As I got refusal fr jan and college didn't defer to september.. But it is mistakenly written in sop tht refusal is for september and college was not offering sep after refusal. Will they know tht I m refused For jan and not for sep 22 through my info with them... Hello I recently was refused student visa and am trying to re-apply but the school do not offer Correctional Studies in winter. Still, I managed to get another admission for winter at another school for Community and Justice Studies which is a broader perspective of the Correctional Studies. My question is can this be considered as a change of course even when they have 98% similar career opportunities.

Hi sir,
I received my refusal recently and my DLI keeps deferring my program due to seats getting full before the period .I have done one deferral but now they say for a second o5 months before the program date.In this case I do not want to keep deferring and want to select another DLI and a similar program.I had master in management but now I have chosen masters global management .Will that be an issue?

I got refused. I had applied at GBC which is a DLI and it was a PG certificate with one semester co-op. It was a one year HR management course. Since I already have a BSc in Engineering, I went for PG certificate which is above BSc. Anyways, I got refused and I'll switch to MBA. Or should I stick to this course as well ?

Hi.My uci changed after reapplication for study visa and i received biometrics letter again.I had raised webform regarding the issue but it has been more than 20 days and still biometrics is not updated.Medical was updated 2 weeks back.Should i call ircc or raise webform again?or give biometric again?plz help.

I do understand the logic of sticking and reapplying for the same program the immigration officer had hard time to be convinced in. My nephew has received a fist refusal back in December 2020 mainly because he indented to study welding in Canada after finishing his 3 years program in Management in Algeria. The officer said that the future study of welding are not consistent and doesn't align with his past studies. The thing is my nephew wants really to become welder and his choice is genuine and true. In his explanation letter my nephew stated clearly that he was interested in welding since he was a teenager and he proved that to the officer thru proper documentation but he was denied. I think applying for a welding program again will lead to a second refusal for sure.

I got refusal two days back and reason was my purpose of visit. However I did mention my future plans aligning with my subject of studies but could not satisfy the officer. - worked as customer service executive for a computer hardware company ( dealing with customers, handling their requests etc for 4 years)

What if your study program was the main reason why u were refused, can you change it?

Will IRCC accepts digital/pdf version of my experience and reference letter?
My company no longer issues any physical copies of experience letters...They only issue letters in pdf format through email. However, these letters contain official company letter head & logo, Name & signature of the manager and official email id and phone numbers in it.
Please kindly let me know if this is accepted by ircc.
Otherwise, Should I take print out's of my pdf letters and again scan them and upload them to make them look like physical copies?
