I do not have any property or so, so what should I add to my application then? My spouse has a good-paying job in general and I want to pursue an academic career, this is my first motivation to come to Canada for PhD, but it is kind of confusing to understand this tie issue.
You can show proof of employment history, past education, volunteer or other community involvement, this all can help as ties to your home country.
How does one get a sworn affidavit in your home country? do you work with a Canadian Lawyer or the Lawyer in your home country?
Hi there,
You would need to make an appointment with a lawyer/notary public in your home country to have the sworn affidavit notarized.
I wish I saw this video before I aplied🤔Can someone reapply after reciving student permit reusals?

You can reapply after a refusal, we recommend including strong new evidence following a refusal to increase your chance of success with a new visa or permit application. If you are looking for some more assistance please visit my website for more info and to book an online consultation if required.

do we need to be vaxxed to apply the Temp Visa?
Hi there,
No, some countries do not have access to vaccinations. If you’re approved for a work permit, then you’ll need to quarantine when you first come to Canada if you’re not vaccinated.

Hello, i have a question which I'm expectant the answer from you will be helpful for my issue right now. I am fully sponsored by a friend to visit him in Canada and he will be covering my whole expenses throughout my stay in canada. Would i have to show the proof of the flight ticket upon applying a visitor visa online?and also i am unemployed due to covid and have no property in my country. Will there be any refusals to my application if the flight ticket is not shown and if i fail to provide proof of my property in my home country? What would be the best solution to this issue in order for me to evade visa refusals. Please i would love to have some help from you. Thanks
Hi there, every case is evaluated on its own merit, I recommend showing strong ties to your home country including employment and assets, this way the application is more likely to be approved.
Hope this finds you well,
What do they mean by “home country”
Is it the country that i carry its citizenship?
Because ive been living in another country with my family for a long time , our property and business is in the country we’re residing in (legally of course) . Should I expect a straight no?
Same situation😩. Please let me know if you find out any solution to this.
Same situation….

hey there, so a friend with the same situation applied and he got accepted, it doesn't seems to be a problem, as long as you're a legal resident of the country you are in, then you're fine.
