- When you apply for a temporary visa, whether that be a work permit, a study permit, or a visitor visa, you will be required to submit supporting documentation to strengthen your case. You may think that you simply need to adhere to the document checklist (i.e. work permit document checklist, study permit document checklist, or visitor visa document checklist).

You can buy a refundable ticket which is helpful, if you do not want to do that, you can find a proposed itinerary.
Hard lesson😢 a 1/3 of your ticket is what is refundable

I got admission from Portland state university, English proficiency wasn’t required, so in my 1 20 it says “ student is academically admitted to the university but requires initial ESL study to meet enrollment requirement” “ program start date is 27 dec 2021 program end date is 30 September 2022 then I applied for my visa at the website and I’d put 4 years, the issue I am having is how I’m i going to tell this to the visa office at my interview time please, I already contacted my school and they “The courses you take in the Pathway Program do count as general credits towards your 180 credit hour requirement for graduation”

This is a big issue, omission is continued misrepresentation under immigration, you may want to consider withdrawing your application.
Hi ma'am, i got a rejection recently in May, have applied for CAIPS NOTES but from my side I did all from bank statements to additional funds. 2 things m not sure of, which is the program i choose which was (international business management) while i have already completed my Post grads in marketing, Secondly i have frequent jobs changes like 6 months then a gap of a month then 11 months in a different company and so on. What do you suggest, I know I did not put my whole case in front of you but still do you think any of these 2 could be the reason so rejection ??
Where to upload the additional supporting documents ? For ex: Do I need to attach a marriage certificate or childbirth certificate with the family information form(5645e) ? What about the bank statements ? Do I need to attach it with the purpose of travel document ?

I often will prepare a document with “additional submissions” including any PDFs that I can’t upload elsewhere. I’ll upload it under purpose of travel with a list of what I’m including.
Do i really need to show my work history for the last 10 years? And how is that even matter to them? What about 1 year!
Yes, we always declare work history for the last ten years/ since the age of 18. It helps to show your work history and that you’ve been employed/ actively engaged in studies.

Can you get a TRV without any Travel History ?
Yes it’s possible, the onus is still on you however to show ties to your home country and show that it’s likely that you will leave Canada at the end of your authorized stay.
My husband got refused yesterday. He is in health and is going to do a health related program. Refusal reason: not satisfied that this current plan of study is logical and reasonable. should he reapply?

Hi there, through the pilot programs, you’ll need to pay for your government fees online and include the receipt in the application. Remember if it’s a caregiver for children position, it’s already full for 2021, so we usually apply in January for these applications.

They're really focussing on TRVs for people who are eligible to travel, processing times also vary by visa office.
I have 1 years remaining in passport expiry date..does that effect in trv visa refusal?
The information about ties to. your home country actually do ask the officer to consider if you have a valid passport for x number of years authorizing a return to your home country.

You should be ok with just the scholarship, but bank accounts are important to show ties to your home country!

2-2.5 pages are plenty. No body is gonna read that much. They'll get confused and prolly reject
