    I was never asked if I intend to come back but the rejecting paper it was written that I didn't show my home country ties 😔

    I'm a medical specialist with an established clinic, providing various services including MRI, CT Scan, pharmacy, x-ray, and laboratory facilities. I regularly attend seminars within the country, having attended over 10 so far, but I don't have any international travel history. Now, I'm interested in attending a medical conference in New York. How i present my case to visa officer.
    I also dignosed more than 60 paitent on daily base and i have a professional qualified satff for providing facilities to paitents that i mination above.

    Hi Chai, I have 5 I20s, but im heading to the university having a better ranking out of 5(University of Minnesota, twin cities) .My question is:
    Is having multiple I20s (=5) is a problem ?
    If yes, then what is the solution? Will the Visa officer know the number of I20s we took?

    I was denied a visit visa last year in my home country and back then i was just unemployed student and unfortunately i lost the person who was supporting me but now am in another country and i have got a good opportunity, someone wants to support me to finish my studies so i want to apply a student visa , how many chances do i have to be approved by applying here where i am not in my home country???

    I applied for visas with my kids, and our visas were rejected. I reapplied for myself, and it was accepted. Now, I want to apply for my kids through interview waiver. What should I write in the refusal section on the DS-160 form as the “reason for refusal”? The consular officer gave us a slip mentioning the visa refusal under 214(b).

    Does VO have excess to figure out that applicant has relatives in US from their fathers sisters side ?

    how do you answer a case where a student has lost both their parents to cancer and have their savings and has a sister who has a well paying job in india and have property. Can that student mention about her sister sponsoring her in addition to her parents funds?

    I have the following situation: Just got a law degree in my country, I am currently unemployed, I have a close family friend who offered to visit the US with him (he is a US citizen living most of the year in my country). Offered to be a sponsor as my own funds will not be enough. What would be the family ties in this case?

    Hello! I already have a bachelor's degree in agriculture in my country( Nigeria ) and I applied and got admitted into a university in US to study nursing as a second degree. Is there anything I should take note or be cautious about during the interview. I heard it can be difficult to convince the interviewer when one is going for a second degree. I have worked in an orphanage(voluntarily) and a diagnostic facility. Please do you have any tip(s). Thanks

    Did the toefl test can be a sign that you are not an emigrant?and also a sign that you are a student.
    Is the toefl test a good thing during the interview?

    Hello , I applied to B1/B2 visa and had my interview in july and got rejected…
    Now am applying for F1 visa after being admitted to masters program and issued my i-20 and paid my registration fees , do I have to enclose my rejected visa ? If yes what reason should I give for rejection?
    Also I was issued a tourism visa when I was a child (7 years) and it expired in 2006 should I enclose this too ?!

    Hi chai! in my F1 visa interview i got rejected under section 214 b week ago in kolkata but officer didn’t actually interview me just asked my name, college and age and looked my i20, sevis receipt and passport and he just rejected.
