I have 2 questions:
1) I am in USA for past 4 years (Masters and then job). Since USA is a native English speaking country, do I still need to take IELTS to prove my English proficiency?
2) I am working as an RF Design engineer. Looking at my job responsibilities I am confused among the NOC codes 2133 or 2147 as they are very similar. How to get the clarity ? Is there any portal available on the IRCC website where I can ask someone to get the right NOC ?
1. Yes, you need ielts.
2. Type NOC finder in google. You will get the link :) there is no one you can ask... Just look at thr sample job description and make a judgment that only you can do for yourself

I have 3 questions regarding point 8.
1 : Mr. A had a FIR registered against him (Lockdown violation u/s 188 IPC) and the case was resolved in court after paying a fine. will the answer to question that whether Mr. A have been ever convicted or committed a crime in country be yes ?
2. The PCC states that Mr. A has no adverse crime against him and is free to move to Canada. what will be the answer to the above question in this case ?
3. if the answer to the above question is yes, will my application be rejected or what documents/information will i would need to submit ?
I am not sure how severe is a lockdown violation. I think it should be same as traffic violation for which the answrr is NO.

If i have stayed at a place (adress) not even for a month and moved to my old address and got pcc for it, now the issue is that on my few documents the address where I did not stay for a month is mentioned so Should I raise a webform and explain this or just leave it is as it is. Pcc is just one - for india... you dont need to do anything

I am a physiotherapist working in India. I completed by bachelor's from india. It comprises of 4 years of academics and 6 months of mandatory internship (unpaid). Wes evaluated my documents as 4 years.
My internship dated from Oct 2016 to march 2017, during this time excluding the internship I worked with another clinic full time and paid.
I wanted to know if that's a valid work ex to show?

Dear couple,
Received ITA then
ADR for Additional Family Information was asked by IRCC. Submitted same day itself and appears uploaded in the EE profile- but also showing not submitted to IRCC.
After a week, received message in EE profile - IRCC hasn’t received my update and PR application had been rejected due to being incomplete.
Contacted IRCC informing them of the situation, a week ago. No reply till date.
What should I do next?
Has anyone PR got rejected in the same manner ?

My friend lived in Canada almost 7 two 8 years he applied the pr in Canada his pr was rejected he told me that he didn't pay 2-3 Tax in Canada he didn't know about that and he camed in india he told me that they will give you some attempts two resolve that he also written an application that you can deduct my unpaid taxes but the govt didn't respond in right way can you help regarding this reason so he can go back in Canada

I am correcting the documents in advance so that no hassle post receiving ITA. So have one confusion related to the correctness of the Marriage certificate.
Being a primary applicant, my marriage certificate has my name mentioned as 'Sandip' but my passport has given_name as 'SANDIP NARENDRABHAI' and Surname as PATEL. So do I need to apply any correction in my name field of certificate? May be I need to correct it to have 'SANDIP NARENDRABHAI'[Same as given name in passport] OR 'SANDIP NARENDRABHAI PATEL' [full name - firstname middlename surname] as my name? Kindly help guys.
As per passport always!
Rest can be managed with a same name certificate as long as the first name is same.

Due to corona virus lockdown passport office again closed in my country... Is it going to be an issue creating our EE profile without updating our passport (Marital Status and present address) ? Or we should wait ..

To reduce complications try updating your passport before you accept your ITA
But you can make your express entry profile with your old passport and update it once you get a new one

Do IRCC buy the idea of salary paid in cash?
As long as your 'reference letter' has 'ALL' details that the IRCC has asked to see and additionally if you mention in the reference letter that the salary was paid in cash, you are good to go. Because the only mandatory requirement to prove your experience is the reference letter containing all information that they have asked for. All other documentation (salary slips, etc) is then nothing but optional, supporting documentation which you may or may not provide.

Try to get cash memos. Companies that pay cash salary would usually be willing to pay cash memos to you. Hope this helps :)

If it overlaps with full time experience, then No.. it wont be counted.. plus you need docs to prove freelancing

Seeking ur advice.. Plz help me out with one qs on point 7. My document is submitted and process is showing as approx 52 days to complete. My concern is abt the point 7 I. E proof of funds. My FD is going to expire in next 30 days of time which is 22 days before the completion. How shall I handle this situation.. If I m renewing the FD, it ll have new FD number.. Is it OK to communicate new FD number and how shall I communicate to ircc abt this situation..
Should be fine... You will just need to attach the old FD... As well as the new FD of the same amount... And explain that in loe.... Should be fine 👍

I asked my hr , she told she cant reprint all the previous paystub. But she changed it and future paystub will be with correct name.
So by comparing these 2 ( old with mistake and new with proper spelling) paystub, a LOE explaining the situation will be fine ?

Sorry... cant help with that. It's tough.. get as exact as you can and then attach all the other proof like pay slips, ITE etc. The most imp thing in the ref letter is roles and resp.

The technical standards in Canada is different but SOL says electrical enginner are always in demand. Do we required to pursue any specific course/program to work in this domain,how long will it take, Y I am asking is that IT jobs are universal but non it are not universal. Also non it cannot get accepted in IT ideally without experience. Kind request pls make a video

Not sure how I can help. If its falling under NOC C, then you aren't eligible.
But how come clerk job is not listed in noc b whereas plumbers n electricians fall under noc b
