  • After owning a Honda Fury for 500 miles, Marshall adds some mods to make it comfortable to take on long rides. To test the comfort, he takes it up to the top of Trail Ridge Road in Rocky Mountain National Park. But will he take it to STURGIS? Subscribe to find out!

    Stunning ride out, wow what views! I love my Fury to bits, i'm only 5'7in so the risers are agreat idea, but i always thought the cables wern't long enough, maybe i was wrong, i'll have to look into that. I've subscribed (#100 )cos of the Fury and the views. Greetings from accross the pond.

      Thank you very much! I'll keep up with Fury videos then! I'm still trying to find my road to the most appealing video content. Reviews seem to get the viewers, but adventures? Not so much.

    I have been looking at nothing but Harleys and Indian motorcycles!! Had my heat set recently in the Indian Super Chief Limited. Then I just discovered the Honda Fury! I am seriously considering dropping both of my obsessions with Harley Davidson and Indian to buy a brand new Fury! Seriously! I haven’t made up my mind yet, but I really think I would like the Fury!!

    When wearing a backpack on a motorcycle, lengthen the shoulder straps so the weight rests on the seat behind you. You will forget its even there.

    I own the same bike. I purchased the mustang seat which for me was awesome. Rode it to Colorado, which for me was a little over 800 miles one way. I'm 6 feet 245lbs and the bike is awesome for me. I did change the mirrors for black ones with a little chrome trim and I put a set of cobra pipes on it which made it rock for me. I didn't like the factory exhaust. Made it sound like a weed eater on steroids. I'm changing the headlight out for led too and adding an additional set of lights on each side of the headlight for more visibility. Put on a set of leather saddlebags which I love. I'm glad to hear from someone who installed the handlebar adjusters. I really think it would help a lot for me. I love this bike. It looks alike the way a bike is suppose to look and not like some damn bobber. No offense just can't stand the way bikes are starting to look nowadays.im old school and very unapologetic and the cost of some bikes are just too stupid. I did install the small windshield that Honda made for the fury. It's only about 8 inches tall. Looks good but doesn't really serve a purpose except for looks. I ride with Metzler tires and they are freaking awesome tires. If anyone knows of any other modifications for the fury please comment.

    ok, i just subbed. i have seen the test ride, then you bought a Fury. now i watch your rides, and mods. i have always heard the seat was comfortable. i like your camera angle, that's why i subbed, feel like i am riding my own(november if not sooner) lose your key, leave it in the ignition, c'mon man, you might want to make a copy, just in case.until next time, be safe.

    My wife and I were in Denver last July for the first time. I would like to go back with my Fury, I been told by some local riders to do it in July or September. what are your thoughts??

      Our last snow is usually the first week of April, and our first winter snow is sometimes in December, sometimes on Christmas day. Hail happens the last week of August. Basically, I ride anytime it is above 40, and if there is no ice in the street. May through July is best to Visit.

    Hey, I'm in NoCo and own a 2020 with 2500 miles. If you're down for a ride sometime let me know. Also I'd recommend joining some of the fury Facebook groups for some customization ideas and people making aftermarket parts and exhausts.

      Ask them to put some more padding on the seat. I'm going to be adding some to mine. It's comfortable, but hard, and you feel more road vibrations from the C&C.

    I plan to buy Honda Fury but I would use it for touring (without windshield). Is this bike good enough for touring? Here in Europe they are soooo expensive and rare. In my country there is only one for sale: 2010 model with under 8k miles for around 13000$. ☹

    • @ridingwithmarshall
      @ridingwithmarshall  2 года назад +1

      Well, you have to completely change the bars and the seat to be comfortable on long rides. My shoulders and neck hurt after two hours of riding it. And then you need hard cases or saddle bags.
