After seeing this video, I put one on my Fury and a Cobra air box seeing as I had it already off. Plus new Crobra swept pipes to finish it off...WOW..Very pleased with the extra proformance, throttle response and a lot less popping. Cheers guys..UK watcher.
I realize you had posted this a couple of years ago, but you certainly made this look easy. I just purchased a 2016 Fury, and it has cobra pipes, and does pop somewhat on decel. I was going to add an airbox, and thought about installing the Cobra FI2000 afterwards. From the video, you did no adjustments at all, just a plug and play. I like that!! I'm assuming it would work just as easily if I install an airbox as well? Is it still a simple plug and play? I'm not looking for super power increase, just a smoother, no-pop on decel ride. Thanks

Block off the pair valves to stop popping on decel Set the pods as follows...1st one on 2..second one on 2..third on 1..this is the most popular setting according to the vt1300 forums. For optimal performance, make sure you have a highflow air filter and upgraded exhaust.

We didn't put it on a dyno but from what the owner said it helped it a lot. It was a little sluggish after pipe install and had some exhaust popping on decel, it took that away and woke it up.
You will notice a BIG increase in bottom end and midrange torque, and thats where u want your power. It will also smooth out the powerband making your 1300 more fun to ride.. But, to get optimal performance make sure u upgrade the air intake and upgrade your exhaust.

There are three connectors on the tuner, two go the injectors where does the third go? I couldn't see in your video.

What was it preset to? Mine has this from the previous owner and I think he messed with it cause mine pops on decel
