Nice job, this is one of the first things I bought for my '98 Heritage. The one I purchased is a rail that wraps around the back of the floorboard to keep your boot from sliding off the back also. They have been great, saved my boots and pipes.

Looks good and will keep my size 12 boot from burning on the pipe. The only thing I don't like is you have to drill a hole. Good video.

Thank you for this! I was born in Livingston and my mom and dad were born and raised in Alpine Tennessee back in the 30s and 40s. I’ve been wanting to travel up there and see what mom and dad called Home. My dad moved our family to Georgia when I was little. I’m pretty sure that country store has been there since my dad was little. We used to visit it back in the 60s and 70s. I’m sure it looks different but it looks like the same location. Ive got 5k miles on these for my ultra, im very happy with these tires thus far especially for the price for performance ratio. One rear AE was the price of both front and rear 999s.

I've put about 5k on my flhtk and so far so good. If they last me 10 to 12k miles, I'll be more than happy to run them again. Just like yourself i could replace both front and rear for the price of one AE. I usually go through 1 front for every two rears so these will be a great deal

Just bought these for my 2004 dyna wide glide will be installing this weekend.

Bought a used HD softail not too long ago and it had the heel shifter on it already. At first i didn't use it at all. Recently I've been working it in slowly. There are still some "glitches", I will reserve my opinion until I give it a good amount of time. At my age (67) its tough to create a new habit. Honestly, I still miss kick start. Thanks guys, good video.

I installed mine, but I have a problem with one side. When you switch the turn signal on, the white LED light should go off and the amber light should start blinking. However, on mine one side doesn't do that, it just blinks amber on top of the white LED light. Any idea why is this happening?

What pipe and are the baffles in there ?

I purchased one of these 2 years ago. It's been the best bike I've ever owned. I had to do an emergency stop on the freeway and that telelever front end prevents the front from diving and is able to stop much faster than any other bike I've had. Combined with the ABS, it saved my bacon. It's so comfortable to cruise down the road at around 3,500k rpm at 70-80 mph and a comfortable riding position.

Ive got a 06 ultra classic with 999 front and rear, probably 5k miles on them (stock sizes), cant even tell they arent brand new, they feel great on all road conditions. I got a fresh set of 999's for my 14 street glide with a 21" front and im excited to see how they run in a 21" tire.

Would these be good on a sportster or would the 777's be better?
