any honda can go the distance, much better than some compeitors. if anything can't, it's the rider.

YES... From Detroit to Chicago and back, several times. I do about 75-80mph. Change the stock seat and you might want to get a windshield. I'm taking my Fury to Traverse City in the summer next year.

Went to Atlanta from Grand Rapids, MI. 800 miles one way back in September, 2023 on the stock seat of my 2020 Fury! Butt was a little sore by the end, however I had a blast!

I have it's sister, a 2011 a VT1300 Interstate, which I imported to the UK from the good ol US of A! It now has 108,346 miles on the clock and still runs like a new one. I did the "Iron Butt Challenge" on it, covering 1026 miles in 16 hours. cruising at an indicated 80-90mph was no prob at all. The motors are damn near indestructible. Ride safe buddy.

Yes.. but the gas tank is something else... In city travel to other's is cool but long distance on highway and freeway long travel can get some anxiety.. you have to add lots of stop for gas cause that 3 gallons don't do much for longer so planning has to come in though

    • @gatorunleashed275

I did a long ride 4 nights ago on my 2015 Fury, I went 141.3 miles before the fuel light came on. At 155.5 miles I filled up, 2.675 gallons which comes to 58 MPG. In the past on a slower ride I got 63 MPG, which gives you a 170 range IF you are nice to the throttle. I do agree another gallon of gas would be awesome but I see people saying their fuel light comes on at 95 miles, I know riding style makes a difference but they are really being sluggish.

I rode my 2012 from Chattanooga,TN to PCB. (400+ miles) one way. After arriving I wasn't fatigued or sore. Made the same trip on a 06 street glide the following year and was severely sore and felt beat down. I Love my fury

I’ve done several 8 hour rides on a 1994 Honda Magna VF750C. All my friends tell me I should get a touring bike, but I love cruisers too much and refuse to look like a grandpa.

Never ride that fat on the stock seat. I ran mine over 6 hours one way and it felt like my tailbone was being smacked by a hammer. The upgrade to the seat is worth every penny.

Honda motorcycles can go the distance. Did 750 mile on my Honda Rebel 500 I bought back in 2017. Only thing that killed me was my butt, and right wrist. lol! Had that 500 screaming at 80Mph. Held up like a champ.

I commuted my 2017 fury 150 miles/day for about a year on I95 for a total of 25k miles. It rides nice and is reliable BUT the I’m Thirsty Light comes on at about 120 miles. Plan out gas stops and carry an extra liter of gas in a bag or you will be pushing it.

With FURY, long distances are not a problem. However, that's the biggest problem because the capacity of the fuel tank is low, but if you set the section related to gas well when you travel, it's not a problem at all, and there's less vibration, so you don't feel tired.😆

It's a good engine. The same as the VTX1300 but fuel injection. Honda put a lot of effort into the design, to look like a chopper but still ride well.

Hey, Esoteric Rider, when you got your Fury, how did you break in your tires? i have been hearing a lot of horror stories about new tires slipping out from under the rider and doing low side crashes. i just talked to my local Honda dealer about the Fury, been looking at breaking in new tires. You with the Fury would have the best way. Thanks!

Nice , ive got both. If I could squeeze that 1800 into the fury I'd be happy . I'm about the same size , the stock seat is to hard. The power of the 1800 is addicting but I prefer my fury in every other way.

Sorry dude, but the Jesus I follow spent his time with tax collectors and prostitutes. That cross represents the sacrifice made because I'm far from perfect. Reaching a lost world is much easier when they realize we are every bit as human as they are. Communal Christian living while trying to represent yourself as perfect, is no different than the talents buried in the ground. By not being able to relate to those Jesus needs to reach, we squander the gifts given to us while masquerading for other Christians. I'm glad he's repping the faith while relating to people who otherwise think Christians are piously uppity to be a part of their circle.

@@CaptainFishHead720 Jesus ate and spent time with Tax collectors and Prostitutes but that doesn’t mean He acted like them. But hey you do you brother. I’m no where near perfect and I slip saying something I shouldn’t have now and then. But if you can reach Sinners for Christ by putting out a video of you cursing and swearing more power to ya.
