Got a used corksport mid pipe to go along w the Borla S-type & it sounded amazing (in person tho) also change my sway bar to Ultra Racing. +John Anthony Yoro I got it used, as I mention in my video. You can try to hit corksport up and get just the mid pipe, some guy told me that's possible.

I'm really wanting to do some upgrades to it because it is amazingly fun to drive, beautiful, sporty, and still a great reliable daily commuter. @@SuperPaco1963 I have. Front tower strut bar, K&N High performance air filter, and the evil M logo and tinted tail lights as well as 225/45ZR18 Michelin Pilot Super Sports.
Tires are a big necessary upgrade for this car. Front tower strut bar reinforces handling for better stability and less chassis flex. The intake gives a nice whoosh growl from the front that's instantly recognizable.
Ill also be doing rear sway bar and muffler delete here shortly when I get the new round of stimulus checks. $2k a month! Whooo!

hey man i have a mazda3 myself and been researching different exhaust mods for my car but there aren't many videos to reference and not much of a variety of setups(especially one's that sound good)...your new exhaust setup sounds sick from what i can tell, but i wanna hear more!!! lol....do you plan on uploading a more in-debt vid with sound clips at any point? cold, warm starts, revs & flybys's ect.

I’ve got a 2012 M3s with MSDS headers, magnaflow hi-flow cat, vibrant resonator all 2.5inch going into stock axleback system. Pretty sure I’m bottlenecking hard and have a raspy sound on throttle with no noticeable performance increase.
I’m going to pick up a Borla axleback asap.... hopefully that will help things.
I’ve also got a aFe CAI and thinking about upgrading throttle body soon. Also thinking about a supercharger :)

Just saw this post, I ordered my Borla Catback and the video previous about comparing the CorkSport and Borla helped me learn towards Borla since of the Knight Sports Kit and tuning to my GT. I can't watch this with sound at the moment but what I am probably getting from this is that the Midpipe is a recommendation by you? How much and what made you want to experiment that way? Still awesome car it looks more and more like a Custom Speed 3
+Christopher Kamzol borla didn't provide catback for our car tho. That's why I got corksport cat mid pipe to go W it! I recommend corksport than any custom is because I don't wanna lose performance. I trust corksport that their product is quality. But I definitely have other option for other parts just like the Borla instead of corksport axleback. I don't want y'all to think that I'm not a corksport fan man, I am! I just want what's suits me bettwr 👊🏻 also it's nice seeing you coming back to my videos bro! Thank you!! I hope this helps

i recently went out to seattle for the first time off the east coast in my life. rented a BMW 330i and drove it through the mountains around the city...blew my fucking mind. now i'm not sure if i can ever mod my Mazda3 sGT out to the levels of fun I had in that BMW, or if I should just ditch it and buy a bimmer. +Steven Hurst Reliability, this cat has it. But if you’re planning to get till 300hp ++, I believe it’s gonna be a little tough. The G vector engine is a little be complicated, high compression N/A. I heard from people who down a turbo on this, at most would be at 7psi. Also I doubt there’s gonna be speed 3, because at 2019 Mazda is gonna roll in the new HCCI Engine and most probably super charge. I don’t see the need to continue Skyactiv g when skyactiv x has been announced. I hope this helps man!

You said you're in Seattle? Corksport is in Vancouver Washington....may as well pick up their cat back + axle back system and go with their front and rear sway bar kit? I don't understand why you would put the two differently engineered exhaust systems together like that either? BTW you should think about upgrading your sway bar end links now that you're running a beefier sway bar.
+Grant well, first I want to support my nation product which is the UR & I can possibly get it for a dealer price. (They marked it up in the US 3x the price lol) also thanks for the tip, I'm actually looking for end links. Next, if you actually watch my old videos, I actually owned the axleback before. I just wanted something that rumbles more. This mid pipe was a last option choice, I rather get something quality than a custom (which I have no idea how good it will be) and borla didn't not make mid pipe, if they did then i wouldn't be running this setup. As for now, everything works well & I have other plans to carry on. I hope this answers your curiosity 👊🏻

The factory exhaust manifold is a 4- 2- 1 header design you would get no benefit from aftermarket headers unless you ported the heads and port matched the new manifold.
2019 7th generation Mazda 3 is on my show floor, I'll have Awd hatches soon, and the new X engine will be here prolly by September-August

yeah that was me. I hit them up a long time ago and they said they would. Is it droney cuz of the resonator? or the midpipe? I am curious if I did this, would a quiet resonator coupled with better piping make for less drone, but Monster sounds?
I ask a lot of questions haha.

+Greg F. Pettus you should just call them if possible. Is droney because of the midpipe. I'm assuming because the size has been reduce so much. It's like when I hit to a certain rpm, everything is vibrating. I have no idea how to reduce the drone sound. If I'm not wrong is how the pipe is being held on. I'm not sure if what I said make any sense. I'll most probably put sound deadening in the trunk just to reduce that vibration.

I bought the midpipe used for $200 and i believe you can request from corksport for $250 w/o shipping. Lastly the borla cost $579. You can find the links in my previous video for the borla exhaust. I hope this helps!

+vladimir fernandez don't bother trying bro. This engine is NA & the compression rate is already high. If you add a turbo, the pistons aren't even big enough for it. You wouldn't wanna blow up the engine. Even so if you could install one, the turbo will most likely only provide 50HP to the engine & 20less on the wheels. Spend 5grand for that? Not worth it bro. I'm driving a 2.0 so I'm not sure if 2.5 is able to. Some guy in Texas turbo his 2.5 cx-5 tho, I'm not sure if mazda even adopted the same engine for cx-5. That's all the info I can provide bro.
