Wtf Mui if she know she hated coriander, then she should have left it out to give the dish a fair chance. Everyone knows that coriander tastes like soap to many people, it was just a garnish and the dish didn't deserve a 2 because of it 😂

Are you American? I feel like here, bacon, egg & bread (cheese) is literally what we consider a breakfast sandwich lol. I was surprised by their surprise as well, really interesting.
Also the cream cheese bacon one is pretty common (although I feel like I usually see it on a bagel).

I can understand the arguments that fried egg is more seen in sandwiches than scrambled, but I dont think those two things are so different that it warrants shocked reactions, haha. @@juliaj3706 some people naturally have a sensitivity to a chemical in coriander that is soapy, it’s likely she actually did just taste soap and so she rated it as it tastes to her

As a native of New Jersey i thought the bacon sandwiches were all gonna be bacon egg & cheese 😂😂 then they lost me at ketchup 😅

- As a native New Yorker (Brooklyn born & raised), when I get my bacon sandwich I ALWAYS put ketchup on it. Ketchup is like my hot sauce. Ion like hot sauce but I put ketchup on everythang except cereal & ice cream 😅🤷🏾♀️.

The first one with chorizo I'd totally dig that .. but instead of koriander I go for parsley. I do understand with koriander it can be very strong especially if you're not a huge fan of the taste

Not saying she should have given such a low score or anything, but a soap like aversion to coriander (cilantro) is genetic. So it is a real thing, not just her being weird.

If I'm correct they are supposed to follow the recipe perfectly. Coriander tastes like soap to me as well so she really can't help it. It's caused by a gene.

When someone says that cilantro tastes like soap .....it's something genetic that makes you identify that as the description of the flavour. She's not shading at all..
I think I heard it was something like half of people taste soap and other half don't.

In Canada, we love a good bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. No ketchup for me though! I would prefer mayo. In fact, one of my faves is bacon and tomato sandwich on lightly toasted bread and lots of mayo! Yum!

I’m from the USA and I love bacon sandwiches it brings back so many memories of my mom-mom. And I eat mine on lightly toasted white bread with mayonnaise and the bacon can’t be overcooked or it will destroy the sandwich.

I think she should've mentioned this and then Chloe could've picked out a herb that is most similar to the taste of koriander without it being koriander.. Maybe that would've worked better..

Our beans are different to American beans, they are more savoury and salty in comparison to the sweet tasting baked beans you get there in USA. Many Americans try it and love it, when they use our beans.
It's silly to have less than 4 people participating in each video. It's definitely better with more people.
There is a genetic component, some people think coriander tastes like soap, it’s down to genetics so if you are one of those people, keep away from it.

Bacon is actually pretty easy and hands free in an oven, its a great way to make it if you have the timing spot on and other things to prepare with the meal.
If I have to make a lot of bacon I’m putting it in the oven every time!!!❤️❤️❤️

The bacon sandwich one confused me. I've visited 11 countries from Asia, to Europe and north America. Bacon and Egg sandwiches were common to all of them. Having bacon as the main ingredient instead of a topping or a side is what's really weird here. To each his/her own I guess.

It’s made of tomatoes, apples and has a strong sweet and sour taste. Also contains vinegar and is based on meat broth. A1 original sauce is actually it.

Ok so I'm from London 😃 ontario CANADA. My papa was in England way way back, this is where our beans and toast came from I think, but we basic b@#ches used hot dogs. I had a few ppl look at me strange 🤣 especially where I am from (outside of London about 20 mins) BUT everytime I made it for someone they loved it. I want to visit one day I hope!
Maybe the canned beans and bread taste different in the uk but, it's a no for me. All of this is so interesting to learn for recipes especially the bacon in butter or oil.

The bread and beans here are savoury and in the us they're sweet as hell. Like it's soooo sweet, I couldn't believe it and then I understood why everyone else was so baffled at us eating it on toast. Certain parts of Asia is the same with adding sugar to everything.
Both of these things are different in the U.K.

I never have been a big fan of beans until I tried settler beans... and added a few twists. I do 1/2 a large onion, large can of beans, pound of ground beef, maybe 1/2 cup of real bacon bits, 1/4 brown sugar, 3/4 Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce, and small can of Northern White beans. Not too much of any one thing, though as it is still mostly beans. It is sweet, but not too sweet, savory, and smooth with good flavor. I would NEVER put marmolite in anything and while I love cheese I just do not see cheese and beans going together like that. Put it over some toasted French bread... yum.

As an American it’s very odd to see a bacon 🥓 and egg 🥚 sandwich 🥪 treated as such a weird thing. Only thing I find weird is the ketchup addition, and the fact it has no cheese on it. 🧐 But I guess they’d say the same that I find it weird to put beans on toast for breakfast 🤔... shoot, to have been for breakfast in general. 🤷🏽♀️😂 Might have to try it sometime! Here in the UK egg and bacon in a sandwich is typically a fried egg, which is maybe why they thought it was unusual. Another thing to note is that our beans are a lot different to those in the US, they are much saltier and more savory instead of how sweet the beans in the US tend to be- so if you were ever to try it you may have to order some of the beans online :)

Also in regards to the beans and bread in the US, yous put wayyy too much sugar in it making it, the beans in particular, extremely sweet compared to ours which has a subtle sweetness. Once you understand this, it's no wonder were seen as weirdos and many cannot fathom why we'd eat that willingly. Some Asian countries also sweeten their bread and beans but way more than you guys, their bread is like cake😬
- I was born & raised in Brooklyn. Listen I HATE cheese so when I get a bacon & egg sandwich, I get it with no cheese or just take it off. Then I ALWAYS add ketchup. My mom would do a scrambled egg sandwich usually with bacon always with buttered white bread it’s so so simple but so delicious something happens with the salt and pepper in the egg and the butter then the bacon goodness mmm mmm mmm I’m a naughty vegan cuz I still make it now and then but with tempeh bacon and I’m wanting to try that just egg stuff but in occasion I have egg simply due to certain vitamin deficiencies I have.
