For those who say that their smoothies go bad after day 1, try to use vegan yoghurt and protein powder like she does and then add some lemon juice to keep the fruit from turning brown too quickly. Please don't add lemon juice or another acidic ingredient (e.g pineapple) to a smoothie if you use dairy. It will separate and taste bad within a few minutes.

I haven’t had a problem with it.. here I’m prepping for 4 days. It should be okay but depends on when the feta expires also. I always eat vegan feta cause I can’t eat dairy.. so you could try that if you are afraid. But I use regular feta when I prep for my husband, and his keeps fine for 4 days.
I've never had a problem making a salad with feta added in. If it stays in the fridge, it should last a couple of days. I think what likely happened is that your feta cheese was expired already before adding it to your salad.

What if you still want to eat healthy like this but don't want to lose weight.. I'm 5'7 "height and weight 149 lbs...so if I was to lose weight since I'm tall, it looks like if I lost a lot of weight...and I wouldn't want that
Im not a dietician, but as I understand it you would need to eat until you reach your maintenance calories. So you can add more fat (e.g more olive oil or dressing), or add more healthy carbs like beans, sourdough bread etc.

I've never had a problem making a salad with feta added in. If it stays in the fridge, it should last a couple of days. I think what likely happened is that your feta cheese was expired already before adding it to your salad.
