Struggling to bulk up? I get it. Alpino oats and High Protein Pea Butter are the bestttttt! It has protein and fiber, which keep me satistied and fueled all day. No more unhealthy snacking or bland shakes. Alpino is the key to seeing real results in my muscle-building journey!!
Any chance you could do some more plant-based breakfast recipes focused on protein? Right now I have overnight oats and tofu scramble as my staples, but looking to expand :)
Probably hard to get real amounts of protein without tofu. Great stuff at a very reasonable price for what it does. Should also find a way on omnivores menus as the macros are awesome.
Hi Felu and everyone! Just wanna remind everyone that if ur upping ur protein to build and increase muscle mass on ur body u have to make sure to match the protein increase with fibre and antioxidants. This is extremely important and not doing so can create serious digestion problems, inflammation, and uncontrolled free radicals. If u aren’t supporting ur immune system with antioxidants and fibre free radicals will not be suppressed and metabolized properly and if u want to know what that does to ur body do ur own research. Stay safe and healthy everyone! 😁
Most people think it's all about protein but don't even realize it depends on your body type. If you're naturally skinnier than you need more carbs than protein, if you're huskier or bigger, you need more protein.
I just discovered you channel today and I love it! I cant wait to start trying our your recipes. Your beef and broccoli one looks amazing as well as the chicken teriyaki! Also because i prefer savory than sweet (especially for breakfast) I'm glad to see this video!
First recipe is good but has to much fat... A good easy fix is that you use only 1 egg yolk and rest only white part of the egg. Also I dont add cheese, but brokoli cut to small pieces and some other vegi to make it more flavorful.
Another one I like is what we call "vleessalade" (= meat salad) in Dutch. Just bowl eggs. Then cut the eggs and ham in tiny pieces and put it in a bowl. Mix parsley and mayonnaise through it. Eat it with tomato and bread! (both optionally)
Tried that tuna/cream cheese mixture yesterday and it's a real game changer! Been trying lighter mayonnaise but it just doesn't work like the good stuff. Cream cheese is better than both and more macro friendly!
1:57 is chicken ham called something else in America? I've looked at tons of different stores and theres nothings called chicken ham. Only chicken AND ham.
can you make the crepes on a sunday and freeze them for the whole week. (until saturday morning) as i probably dont have the time to make it every morning.

when I saw you make that paste.., I automatically thought to put that between 2 slices of cauliflower bread like things from the company outer aisle.., great video.
Looking at the comments, I'm having trouble understanding how people can think it would be healthy to just full on avoid fat. Same way a lot of the people in the comments of certain other videos seem to just hate on fat cheese, fermented food (sausages and even veggies ie.). I do not want to know how many of those exact same people have serious health issues slowly building up, arteries getting all stuffed especially.
You don't need all that protein! Especially with such small amount of muscle mass! 300g of chicken breast (90g of protein) would be enough for most people who work out.
God I wanna try these they look so delicious and I've been looking for recipes that help me get in a better shape. I will try one out tomorrow, can't wait to go shopping for the ingredients.
Put my own twist to the tuna salad toast! I took some beans, gochu gan paste and low fat cheese and rolled them into two burritos 1 is definitely enough for most.
Thanks for the wonderful recipes. Can you please tell me from which grocery store you buy your groceries? I already saw that they are from germany, but from which store mostly?
Just one macro is missing. The sugar content of the 4 slices of white bread. In fact, I would say everything about the white bread is not included within these macros. There would be over 300 calories in the 4 slices of white bread alone which is not included in the overall macros. I don't eat much bread as it is never mind 4 slices of white bread in one breakfast.
Your 3rd recipe confuses me. There’s such a thing as fat free cream cheese? The entire point of cheese is that it milk fat so it confuses me such a thing exists. The 2nd recipe is ok. I like how it’s low in fat. Will just comment there’s more carb than fat in it. The 1st recipe is quite high in fat compared to the protein you get. I’m also confused how you’re finding all these low to no fat cheeses that somehow still taste reasonable.
Guys I don't recommend ever adding ham in anything in cooking like this guy did, I tried it and it was so disgusting uhh and not even good it made me have digestion problems

Also I dont add cheese, but brokoli cut to small pieces and some other vegi to make it more flavorful.
My recommendation: swap the exquisa with Philadelphia so leicht. Same calories, but the first tastes like yoghurt and the second is actually cheese.
Yeah, I bought both to compare them and came to the same conclusion. It justifies paying double for the Philadelphia compared to the Exquisa.

Hi sir, would you be able to show us some recipes using fresh tuna fillets?
Great video! 😊 Try Magerquark and show us how you would handle it, it’s a great source of protein 💪
Why does it need a time reference for how long I smash the tuna 😂
If you smash it for over 45 seconds, it is considered cardio and will kill your gains.
might as well be more thorough than less
Because it’s a German tuna 😂
