"We never whisk the eggs before we cook 'em." But I watched another video from Mr. Ramsay and he said to whisk them for two to three minutes. I followed that and made the best scrambled eggs.
There are a dozen ways to make decent scrambled eggs. Gordon shows just one (today) and the pan (as long as it’s nonstick) is almost the least of it. Use enough butter, use a silicone spatula, don’t burn the butter, keep everything moving, use medium heat, cook the eggs slightly undercooked because it keeps cooking even when the fire is off. There ya go! Have fun. 😊
It’s good to see over the years you’ve improved your scrambled eggs, so they are closer to how I cook them. Nice job! Dude, the Mrs. Would kill me if I used a metal spoon in a non stick pan 😂

I do my fried eggs similarly like that. The only difference is I pour the oil/butter on the yolk (just enough to cook the outside but still keeping the yolk runny). I also make breakfast tacos so I don't use chili flakes. I place the each egg on a tortilla, add bacon (cut up in bits) and salsa roja. My scramble eggs I season them with onion powder, garlic powder, & chili powder. I also add butter & bell peppers.

Anyone can make food taste better with sugar salts and fat!!! Cook delicious food w/o all the bad things for the human body and then I'm in

Same here!
50 cent's for an egg and a tab of butter, $ 19.50 for 5 minutes of work . LoL !
Is that a metal spoon on a non-stick pan?
Yes, because these pans can handle metal spoons and spatulas because of their honeycomb design, where you can't scratch the non stick layer
It's Hexclad so it's okay
WTH !!! GORDON IS A GOD … in the kitchen. I just looked at this & felt like eggs for dinner & BOOM….. to the letter scrambled eggs 5 star Michelin. This is the 3rd recipe I’ve used from his kitchen & EVERY-TIME. They work to perfection! He’s so simple to follow & the BEST guide to being in a kitchen when your hungry. 10/10
Is sour cream the same as crème fraîche? Or can we use them interchangeably in recipes even if they are a little different?
they're pretty interchangeable, i used sour cream for mine and it turned out almost exactly how his did in the video
0:41 I will definitely try making it according to the recipe taught by Gordon Ramsay. Thank you, teacher. 😍🙏~💗
Only Ramsay could make cooking eggs so complicated
Chefs think only french eggs are good and ignore all of amazing versions from around the world....
@designaddict101 tbf I've seen a lot of chefs say cantonese fried egg is the best but the older crowd does have a preference for the french baby food eggs
@@toastedt140... Cantonese is best ... texture is better ...
Can't find anything wrong with your flowchart. Each step important. Excellent finishing pan needed. Great results. Thank you
OMG! Mr Ramsay, I just absolutely love watching you cook. It's sad I'm googling how to scramble eggs. I know how, it's just sometimes they look like someone ate them already.
Hello Melody
How are you doing?
I tried his scrambled eggs. Sooo delicious! Wow!❤
I like cooking much...❤...and for me gordon is one of the best...learned a lot from him...😊
Ahhhh Gordon!!!!!
I saw you make scrambled eggs on one of your Christmas shows. You revolutionised scrambled for me. Following your instructions to the letter.
You're a genius!!!!💯
I wish you or someone could help me with poached eggs.🙏🙏🙏
I hope Gordon will teach us in his next video how to boil water.
And some lemon, honey, cayenne pepper and just a touch of cream
😂😂😂😂
"We never whisk the eggs before we cook 'em." But I watched another video from Mr. Ramsay and he said to whisk them for two to three minutes. I followed that and made the best scrambled eggs.
He constantly says different things. He constantly does the opposite of what he has said or done in the past.
There are different ways of doing things. Speaking of which, I have to try this method in the near future.
@@IppoX90 It's unhinged to pretend that the different ways of doing things are not alternatives, but stand-alone best practice.
@@chilliinsanity6898 Gordo's entertaining, but he is full of it. 😄
0:17 Already learned something, thank you :D
Took me a while to realize he is selling the pans more than the recipe
As always, cleanliness in the kitchen, positive attitude in the soul and quality of presentation of the material
I love Ramsay, love hexclad, and mostly in love with his enthusiastic use of butter! Also: the serving dish at the end for the scrambled eggs is stunning, anyone know where that came from? I presume a fabulous artist he knows, but if not, would love to find them!!
What's creme fresh
@@TavaresSanders-m7bit's cream fraiche, type of cream.
Like him or hate him cant deny he has mad skills. I learned a bunch from this vid im gonna try
He just puts butter in everything.... Horrible.
@@connectlogic I guess you never go out to eat then.
I made scrambled eggs using this technique and they turned out so delicious and so velvety!! I used to struggle with making them and now viola♥️
He seasoned the BUTTER!!!!! 🤣🤣🤣
So?

Nothing in the world has the same unique sound of an egg frying
YES ! This comment wins a medal.
This recipe is incredibly good. So simple but a true game changer on such a basic breakfast for scrambled eggs
You can tell a great chef by how well he can make eggs. Truly delicious looking!
It's very easy to do better than him here in many ways.
@@DigitalNomadOnFIRE Of course, and cooking eggs to perfection doesn't mean you're a great chef. Just a good cook.
It's just too bad, that Gordon has not cooked enough eggs, through his life, to show real skills!
Gordon makes the best scrambled eggs EVER.... It's the most sumptuous and delicious one I have tasted!! 😋 😋
I complained the on/off method was too much work. Then I made it it myself, BOY was I wrong. They were so good!
If you like raw eggs!!
3:15 Anyone else spot the bit of egg shell in the pan?
Id like to believe its something else, no way gorden messed that up 💀
Chef Ramsey can make climbing Mount Everest look easy!
Gordon is actually deep frying his eggs in all that oil and butter.
Si cocinas así de bien, tan bonito con tan buena pinta y con la cocina tan limpia, ni imagino cómo harás otras cosas... eres un crack
I would love to see everything you could do with eggs! Thank you for this video, love the share of knowledge! 🍳
Omelette’s please!!!!
Some people like Mr Ramsey and some don't but without doubt he is one of the best teachers you'll ever have when it comes to food.
I would follow Jacques Pépin. That man is not just a chef but a instructor.
Ramsey is a yeller. Great chef, but Jacques Pepin worked with Julia Child, been on PBS for 30 years .. He's the instructor
@@karlpage9028 You've obviously not watched any of his instructional material. Ramsey never yells during his tutorials; that's just for his contest shows.
Mr. Ramsay what kind of cookware do you use? And, also most sauce pans that I use are burned at the bottom, what do you recommend for that?
Where can you buy those plates 😮😮 at @5:18
Just made some eggs using his scrambled egg recipe second time using the recipe and my eggs have never tasted better. Love this man❤
Ramsay is at his absolute best when he's teaching. No screaming
I absolutely love Gordon. He has an extremely compassionate soul.
❤️
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I been cooking eggs wrong all this time! Gordon is awesome.. Only Ramsay could make cooking eggs so complicated.
I also add butter & bell peppers.
this is the power of telling narration to the audience, even you feel the same taste of egg no matter they come from.
I always and always watch and learn anything that Gordon does…. Thks Gordon!!!
Seeing Gordan use a metal spoon on a pan with a coating made me wince in pain as my impulsive "WAIT!" Came out at the phone screen 😂
Judging by this vid I’m a Michelin starred chef. Just a cook teaching me how to cook eggs.
My goodness, I never knew how to fry an egg. LMFAO.
I like the way you cook the scrambled eggs the way you take it off for 30 seconds makes a lot of sense keeps it light and fluffy and I think that that's I never did that before I'm going to try it thanks a lot I appreciate it
Well I like someone who’s not afraid to use a seasoning good amount of chives that!❤

Tried and followed the scrambled egg method this morning and came out perfect 👌🏾 Kids really enjoyed their breakfast thanks Gordon 👍
As a stay at home dad, I can confirm that Gordon cooks most of the time as good or worse than me in his videos
Strange way to spell unemployed
Thank you Gordon Ramsay you are one of my favourite chefs to watch and learn from ❤
That idea of basting the fried egg with the butter sounds dope lol. Especially since they always cook outside inward.
