What I love about Ramsay's recipes for home cooks is that he provides advice that really elevates your cooking such as taking the pan off and on the fire to control the heat for scrambled eggs in order to get that fluffy texture. With the amount of so called celebrity chefs on youtube you would think that it's easy to find simple recipes that are easy to cook at home and that make your cooking look, smell and taste great. It's not. Most are entertainers and when you try their recipes, most are only OK. Ramsay is a 3 Michelin star chef who knows how to make entertaining videos that teaches simple but delicious home cooking that can be copied by almost everyone. That is rare.

Use enough butter, use a silicone spatula, don’t burn the butter, keep everything moving, use medium heat, cook the eggs slightly undercooked because it keeps cooking even when the fire is off.
