My parents owned a green 745i back in the day, I still remember them getting fed up by the iDrive system as it controlled pretty much everything and it was very hard to use 😆 we went back to a pre owned E38 750iL some years later which my mom still drives from time to time despite running costs being insanely high due to the age and mileage. I for one really like how the styling of these aged over the years, especially the facelift version, although it will never be as traditionally beautiful as all the previous generations
