Another great video Boardzy! I wanted to add in case anyone “side tilt” their mouse, I notice I do it more on the orochi due to its overall rounder and smaller shape. Also the coating on the orochi is better than the super light in terms of sweat/oil resistance.

The Orochi is too small, the Prime's side buttons are tiny and awkward, and the Kone had too much ass. Basically made it feel restrictive and clunky on the base of the mouse.

@@TJ-nv3ph Interesting thought process. I felt the same was when I went from AA to AAA. Having it in the back felt a little weird. I'm gonna put it back in AA but use the AAA with tin foil like you did.
@@brianbuy0iy0i I used the tinfoil ball with g305 and it worked just fine so adapters are not needed and the foil is lighter too. I would imagine orochi v2 with AAA in AA slot is the way to go. Best balance/weight ratio. That’s how I would run it if I ever get the mouse. I would even be ready to sacrifice balance for lower weight. In this weight range those 5-9g you gain from using AAA instead of AA is quite big percentage of the whole weight of the mouse so the difference is greater proportionally, compared to taking that 5g off of g502 vs orochi v2 for example.
The Gpro superlight shape is phenomenal. it is just a little bit larger than I prefer. Wish my hands were slightly bigger and it would be on of the best mice.

I used a superlight for about a month but I couldn't feel comfortable with the shape (Hand size 17.5x8.7cm). I started using the Orochi v2 today and my hands instantly clicked with the shape 10/10 would recommend.

No one talks about the sensor position!! The orochi sensor is more forward on the mouse and it feels “faster”. Or more responsive. I had a superlight for 6 months and I just never felt the best with it, got a deal on an orochi v2 and I’ve never been happier. Imo way more responsive than the superlight and my aim is on point
The value prospect of the Orochi doesn't matter in the slightest to me, because you couldn't pay me enough to use a product that tries to install Synapse every time the dongle is plugged in. I loved the shape and feel of the Viper Ultimate, but I just somehow ran into issue after issue with Synapse. Yeah, I could just keep it uninstalled, but there's no way to tell if the dock is actually charging without checking the software (the dock's charging pins are a little finicky after having it for a while). If I could have the built in side grips, lowish back and side profile of the Viper, with the build quality, finish, weight, and battery life of the Superlight.... That's end game.
you click the mouse button and then it activates. If the button still goes down after the click activates it’s called post travel. Does that clear it up?
no, I love your videos but I can't find a grip I like with the Superlight. Just can't. and this is after maybe 6 months(? probably more). I bought a EC3-C, because of your video about it, and I just love it!
does the Oiochi feels a lot smaller than the G pro? my current mouse is G502 so i am used to the size of of it and the orochi looks a bit smaller in picture comparison. Thanks
current owner of a gpw (not superlight). the shape is good I just feel like the buttons make my fingers tilt and as a 21x11 fingertip the right side makes it difficult to grip consistently. I wish they added the comfort grooves and the flat side of the g703 which would make this a top tier shape in my opinion but again everyone grips the mouse differently and plays different games and aims in different ways so your mileage may vary. if you play extremely fast games where precision isn't as important (i.e. krunker, cod, battlefield.), weight and cable quality are more important than the shape if your hands are big enough and if you play slower paced games where precision is everything (i.e csgo, valorant) then shape is more important and everything in between (overwatch, quake) needs a good balance of everything (which I think the superlight excels at) sadly there's no perfect mouse, a g703 v2 where it's generally lower height and weight would be really good at a lot of things but given the nature of the hypothetical mouse I doubt that it would be lighter than the superlight so even then the mouse wouldn't be good for everyone. I'm waiting for amazon france to restock the mz1 since it's low, was a flat side and comfort grooves but I probably won't use it as my every day mouse or even for casual use as it's a bit too small and will cramp up my hands I feel like (had that feeling from the model o- when I would use it for everything all the time until it fucking broke)

If I could have the built in side grips, lowish back and side profile of the Viper, with the build quality, finish, weight, and battery life of the Superlight.... That's end game.
oh sht I just bought the DELUX M800...should I return it and get the orochi v2?
I think that unless you’re on an extreme budget the orochi v2 is a better buy
New to mice terminology. What do you mean by post travel? Great video aswell really helpful
you click the mouse button and then it activates. If the button still goes down after the click activates it’s called post travel. Does that clear it up?
@@boardzy yeah thanks
Does the orochi v2 with the AAA battery at 65 grams a massive difference compared to the super light at 60
Superlight feels way lighter
@@boardzy okay then, buying that in the future lol thx
how is the orochi better than the viper ult??
Will white mice discolor overtime? Even if you take care of yourself and the mouse very well.
Examples: G pro X Superlight and Razer Viper Ultimate
I was really disappointed with the gpro superlight. Mine was having a lot of issues out of the box and I couldn't find any solutions to them
Solution was to return it and logitech's amazing customer service would give you a new One/
"if your favorite mouse isnt here and you think it should be... I DONT " ahahahahahahahaahha
btw ......... you really did that right ? 0:44
no, I love your videos but I can't find a grip I like with the Superlight. Just can't. and this is after maybe 6 months(? probably more). I bought a EC3-C, because of your video about it, and I just love it!
I haven't got my superlight yet but I love the Viper ultimate personally specially over the original gpw.
does the Oiochi feels a lot smaller than the G pro? my current mouse is G502 so i am used to the size of of it and the orochi looks a bit smaller in picture comparison. Thanks
Orochi is best wireless fingertip mouse out right now hands down
Needed this video💯
😱
In your professional opinion, what's the best wireless mouse for small hands (18x9) excluding the finalmouse mice?
18x9 small hands lmao. Superlight ofc
current owner of a gpw (not superlight).
the shape is good I just feel like the buttons make my fingers tilt and as a 21x11 fingertip the right side makes it difficult to grip consistently. I wish they added the comfort grooves and the flat side of the g703 which would make this a top tier shape in my opinion but again everyone grips the mouse differently and plays different games and aims in different ways so your mileage may vary.
if you play extremely fast games where precision isn't as important (i.e. krunker, cod, battlefield.), weight and cable quality are more important than the shape if your hands are big enough and if you play slower paced games where precision is everything (i.e csgo, valorant) then shape is more important and everything in between (overwatch, quake) needs a good balance of everything (which I think the superlight excels at)
sadly there's no perfect mouse, a g703 v2 where it's generally lower height and weight would be really good at a lot of things but given the nature of the hypothetical mouse I doubt that it would be lighter than the superlight so even then the mouse wouldn't be good for everyone.
So which is better The Orochi or The Model O for FPS games? For example valorant or apex.
Orochi
Thanks boardzy this was the exact video I needed
Gonna need a yeetable mouse tier list next
Don’t wanna copy haus, I’ll do one once finalmouse drops
If only it could have better length of tracking... Is there anything beside g305 and orochi for smaller hands using finger grip?
Nobel peace prize for engineering 😂 where do you come up with these quotes!!
Very nice thumbnail the literal reason i clicked 😄 and the video was nice as well
hey man if you had a choice only bw these two what would you pick? Glorious MOW or the Orochi v2. Thanks In advance
