My flexibility has improved since i started exercising/stretching along with your videos pre and post activity. Can I make a request, though it's for cycling...Can you post a video to help improve pedaling power. I have a single speed and I struggle on climbs and have to often get down to walk. I wish I could increase the strength in my legs to complete the climbs. Can you please add some bits for that? ps: i will add this request on one of your cycling videos too! :) Thanks a ton!
Hi Jiimms, glad to hear that videos are helpfull. To improve your pedaling power you need to do strength training. At the moment I do not create strength trainings videos on this channel. But keep your eyes open, some news maybe will come sooner than later 😊😉 at the mean time keep doing post workout recovery stretching routines!

Thanks for your question jack, short answers is no. Jack. You are free to use one of the pre-run warm-ups before your leg training: they all target the same muscle groups and prepares lower body for upcoming leg training. Warming up your legs improves blood flow to the muscles and helps to loosen the joints. This will not only help you perform better, but it will also help you prevent injuries. I will soon create more warm up videos before trainings/workouts, so keep your eyes open 👀 😊
