    I have asthma so doing yoga and running or even just stretching quickly always helps my stamina.

    I love this video! I just started a new fitness routine, and this video has been perfect before and after run/walks on the treadmill. I don't feel nearly as fatigued when I warm up and cool down.

    Lens, thank you! This is great. I’m just starting to run today, after not doing so in many years. I needed a good pre-run stretch.
    Your video is perfect. I saw so many “5-minute stretch videos that were 10-12 minutes long, which meant 5 mins of content sandwiched between several minutes of talking and self promotion. Your video got right to it, all content and no time-wasting fluff.

    I have to say that first I was a bit doubtful if this was a good enough warm up for me because I'm used to mostly focus on stretching my legs before a run.
    But I tried this and for the first time in a long time my shins weren't hurting during the run. Like, no pain at all! I felt like running was easier and I could keep going faster and for a longer distance :)
    So, thank you for this video! ❤️

    This is very helpful, as track season has just begun for me! Just a year ago, when I first began track, I didn't have a stretching routine, so, when I did long distance, I felt very stiff. This year, I am going to use this stretching routine, along with one other. Again, thank you for posting this!

    I really want to get into running. At least a few times a week. I went running yesterday for the first time and then today (both times 3km, 30 min run/walk) and now my left achilles hurts, because I didn't think, that it would cause any harm, since I'm already kind of fit (I have daily PE classes) 😅 Oh boy, I was wrong. Also, I skipped warm-up and stretching because I was lazy. But I learned my lesson! 😂 As soon as my ankle gets better, I will get back to running. Of course, less intensive and I will use this routine beforehand! Thanks!

    I always am trying to find a good stretching workout especially for running since I am a distance runner and constantly workout. I have never found one that I liked or that was really effective, until I found Yoga With Lena. I enjoy her stretch workouts so much and they are VERY helpful.

    I am 14 y/o and weighed 202 pounds about 1 month ago. I've been eating less and running everyday, and I've managed to lose about ten pounds. I do this stretch before every run, and I use your 8 min post-run stretch routine afterwards. I can safely say, it's helped my mobility and flexibility.

      @@RunAndStretch dynamic low lunge. My hip flexors are so tight so I always feel a good stretch when I do lunges!
