I'm hoping that with this game and TTYD remakes that they'll start bringing harder to find/expensive games to be brought back! There are so many great games that most people can't play due to how expensive Gamecube and now DS and 3DS games are getting to be. I still hope they'll get around porting Wind Waker and Twilight Princess to the Switch lol
Exactly, games like F Zero GX and Pokemon Heartgold are well over $100 each here. It would be nice to get better versions at retail price! And absolutely I think it would be a missed opportunity to not have WW/TP on Switch
This is a really well made video! Darkmoon will not disappoint you! It was my first time playing a luigis mansion game and all of the levels feel and have the perfect amount of linearity so i think you'll love it!
I can't wait to play this Dark Moon remake with my brother, we were crazy over this game when I was like 4. I finally beat it years down the line and now when I'm almost 3 times the age, I can finally experience this game again as if it were my first time. I hope he enjoys the remake as much as I will.
Going into Nintendo's next system, they should make a Luigi's Mansion 4, and follow it up later on with a Luigi's Mansion Collection, featuring a remake of Luigi's Mansion 1, the Switch remake of Luigi's Mansion 2 and Luigi's Mansion 3. Also, I've warmed up to Luigi over Mario, being the youngest of my brothers and Luigi having more personality.
We both know someone who would love to get remastered Pokemon games ;-) I think remaster/reissue of old games that people love is great. Otherwise, it would be like having music that was only available on vinyl, and otherwise couldn't be heard. Same idea.
If they're calling it Luigis Mansion 2 instead of Dark Moon, i hope they keep the other translation improvements that came to the European release, namely the Pixelshifter
I will never understand why no one mentions the downgrade in ghost designs and horror factor after the original. It's like I'm the only one who notices that the ghost in 3 are just cartoonish looking and similar in every way and a lot less scary.
Luigis mansion 2 was my childhood and seeing it remastered is absolutely amazing. Also youll be able to see the origins of Luigi's Ghost Dog in this!

The remake is needed since the online won't be available soon so porting it to switch will allow us to play it. You can still find matches still.

Luigi's mansion 2 is my favorite game of all time, part time because of the massive nostalgia I have with it, but also because it's just so gooood😭😭😭

I’m jealous! Mine was Ocarina of Time (back when I had a 3DS). Im disappointed I never got to play Dark Moon but I’m excited to try it on the Switch

The only thing I’m sad about is you can’t play in 3D on the remaster which makes the original better in my opinion
You can’t play the original in a resolution higher than 240p vs 1080p on docked switch. Remaster is better.
