I'm facing too much heavier feeling in my lower body cz Lower body is big than upper body.Already I've done many types of exercise bt they didn't work properly, also faces knee issues with some leg exercise. Your shoulder exercises are really nice. It's actually working on me😊 Thank you for that. if you mean results that can be seen clearly. About 2 weeks, but you have to drink a lot of water, try to eat healthy (eat until you feel your stomach is 80% full). If you exercise daily, I promise you will not regret it. you can't see results after 1 or 2 days, but it's worth staying until the end. don't beat yourself up💪♥️

Hi hailey can you please make a 30 minutes strength training without weights ... there are a lot of strength training without weights but they are either so hard or so easy ... it's really annoying. I believe that you won't do the same would listen my request ❤
