I did a workout plan for slim legs and for body sculpting and I already see amazing results!! My body is so much slimmer and toned, also I feel a lot stronger and energetic now! My mom also told me that my body looks so much better and that I lost around 10 kg in general!! And that's without any specific diets, just working out every day with you and eating like I always do, so thank you a lot, your workouts work like charm!!🫶

Starting this workout today i’ll update every day ‼️ Day 1:✅ Super hard; felt like i was dying the entire time, the nutcracker 2 killed me as well as the scissors, i think i did the pendulum wrong tho cuz i didn’t feel any burning while doing it. I also had to stop sometimes for a few seconds while doing some of the exercises. Obviously not noticing any results, remember that it takes time. I do feel proud of myself for pushing through tho. Day 2:✅ Managed to pull though the entire workout, it was so easier to do than yesterday but still hard. The pulse up destroyed me 😭 Also i didn’ t stop in the middle of doing any exercise so thats great. Day 3:✅ OMG I WAS DYING. Today was SO MUCH HARDER than day 2 and day 1. I did do a thighs workout before this one so that might’ve been the reason. Day 4:✅ Still burned a lot, i was stopping a lot while doing the scissors, but i think im starting to see results? Idk maybe its just because i want to see them but i think my stomach changed a little. Day 5:✅ Forgot to update Day 6:✅ Forgot to update again Day 7:❌ Lazy Day 8:❌ Busy Day 9: ❌Busy again 😭
I found your channel few months ago and started to do abs, arms and legs exercises. They are really helpful especially those lying down exercises, as i broke my ankle and tibia few months ago and i only could do these kind of exercises. They helped me to gain more confident and strength during this journey. Thank you!

Hi, Definitely not. Working out is literally only like 10% of importance in loosing weight. These workouts are great but the kitchen is 90% the main part. You can work out all you want but if you eat junk, you’re not gonna lose the weight you want. Of course don’t restraint yourself, eat healthy and always treat yourself, but it won’t work if nothing changes ❤
