Unfortunately that will mess things up. Try making a custard cream instead. Follow the recipe of the custard cream which I uploaded with the keto zeppola recipe. Here's the link ruclips.net/video/zbSLDuZt9Cg/видео.html
Just a hint, the abbreviation for gram is, “gm”not “gr.” There is something confusing here. You give a list of ingredients for the cake, dry and wet but no separate list for the cream. It looks like some go into both parts of the recipe but there is no instruction for this. ???
Hello and sorry for the delay in answering you. Here is the full list of macros for the whole recipe, then it's up to you for the portion size: Carbs: 21,5; Protein: 62,2; Fat: 214,3; Calories: 2,234. Hope you enjoy the recipe!
It depends on the sweetness of the ratio. Stevia is a little more sweeter than erythritol, so maybe you should use just a little less. Taste test if needed.😊
@@RH-zc5dq Hi, to be honest I've never used xylitol, but from what I've researched it shouldn't change the outcome of the recipe apart from it having a ' fresher' taste due to the xylitol. Hope my answer is of help ❤️
To tell you the truth, even when I didn't use to follow a keto regime I would eat Italian Tiramisu', which is always made using raw eggs. It doesn't taste eggy. I do not prepare Tiramisu' in summer though because the eggs could go off due to the heat ( I live in Italy). Here in the supermarkets, you can find eggs where on the carton you can find printed "safe to eat raw/ can be consumed raw". Hope this explenation helps.
ruclips.net/video/0oPkpa3ovSo/видео.htmlsi=Jw_lDCIAbziRmmbs This is the link to a video of Dr. Berg. His videos are really interesting and are always backed up by evidence. Have a look at it and see. If you really want to avoid erythritol, try substituting it with another sweetener. I'll continue using it until further evidence is shown of it's bad effect on our health . 👍 Thank you for your comment. Enjoy the recipe😊
Actually there’s no real science to prove that claim to be true but you can use other alternatives, I personally don’t like the taste I prefer Demerara sweetener or xylitol
I tried following the instructions in the video. I never baked. I followed step by step. My husband told me the eggs were fresh and not baked. I ate about two slices not realizing i was eating fresh eggs and I might get salmonella because of the wrong instructions. Your instruction was mix the egg whites and egg yolks, place in the dish and cover with cling film and put in the fridge. The result? I was eating tiramisu with fresh eggs which i might salmonella because it’s not baked nor cooked
I'm so sorry to hear how distressed you are, but I can assure you that the instructions are correct. This is how real Tiramisù is made . The eggs are not baked . I've been making Tiramisù for years and never had any problem. You have to store it in the fridge for that reason.
If you really don't want to eat the Tiramisù cream, you can follow the instructions for my regular custard cream which you will find in my Zeppole video. But then again it won't be real Tiramisù. But if it worries you, please use regular custard. Hope I've been of use.
The probability of an egg to be salmonella contaminated is 1 in 20.000. Given that you use 3 raw egg whites (which is how desserts are made, but if you haven’t cooked before/ never seen someone, you may find it weird), the probability of you getting sick is 0.015%, which is still less than the probability of you getting hit by a car while crossing a street on a crosswalk (you can Google this info). So, given how great the desert looks, I’d take my chances! 🍰
How does it not look like the thumbnail photo? The thumbnail photo is of a single piece of tiramisu and at the end of the video she shows the whole, uncut dessert. Sheesh 🤦

So happy you enjoyed it. 🤩
Nice recipe. I subscribed.

Can it be cooked so that the eggs aren't raw, or will that mess up the tiramisu?

What about all of that raw eggs? Is it safe to eat raw eggs? I love tiramisu but I’m not sure that I’d get over the raw eggs.

How many carbs are in this?
Hello, for the entire dish as shown in the video, there are 41 net carbs. If you portion it out into 9 servings, it's only 4,5 net carbs.😊
Thank you for sharing this recipe, but research shows that Erythritol is worse than sugar.

It’s definitely not at all worse than sugar, however I would recommend the use of pure monk fruit or Allulose. They’re better than erythritol.
Definitely 💯 Unfortunately here in Italy I can't find either, only Erythritol, but feel free to substitute the sweetener with one of your choice.👍
Actually there’s no real science to prove that claim to be true but you can use other alternatives, I personally don’t like the taste I prefer Demerara sweetener or xylitol
Yes, it's all down to personal choice. Any sweetener will do, so you might as well use your favourite one.👍
