  • This is the easiest keto tiramisu recipe I could create without compromising flavor. The serving amount is up to you because it is a treat after all. Using a lady fingers mold is optional for this recipe and also no separating the eggs. I tested it both ways and they tasted the same.
    NOTE: Concerned about using raw eggs? Potential risk of salmonella in an egg has a 0.00005% chance and this is according to WebMD.

    Nutritional Information for the whole recipe:
    Cal: 2077 | Fiber: 1g | Sugar Alcohol: 6g | Total Carbs: 15g | Fat: 209g | Protein: 35g
    Ingredients:
    Sponge Cake/Lady Fingers:
    65g/ ½ cup Almond Flour
    Pinch Salt
    ½ tsp Baking Powder
    20g/ 1 ½ tbsp Powdered Sweetener
    54g/ 1 Egg
    45g/ ¼ cup Heavy Cream
    30g/ 2 ½ tbsp Butter
    Mascarpone Cream:
    250g Mascarpone Cheese
    2 Medium Eggs OR 70g Heavy cream, whipped
    50g/ ¼ cup Sweetener
    150ml/ 1 ¼ cup Coffee
    1 tsp Cocoa Powder

    Hi! I can't wait to try this! I'd like to use Erythrit as the sweetener. It's my first time using it so I wanted to ask if you perhaps know which ratio should I use if I were to substitute the sweetener you used with it?

      Hello Marquee. I used Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener. As I understand it would be the same amount but I don't usually use erythritol. Maybe try less then taste. I hope you enjoy it ❤️

      It's used to thicken the mixture. But there are other ways to make mascarpone cream. I have not researched the options unfortunately. Thanks Suyapa ❤️

      I have some sensitivity to eggs, so if you are looking for an alternative I replaced the eggs with 60g thicken cream, whipped into stiff peaks and then folded into mascarpone mixture- comes out prefect

      You're welcome, yes it's at Coles in the flour and sugar isle. It's called monkfruit Classic. I then run it through a Nutribullet to powder it 😊😊

    I can not find a 6.5 in pan 😆 I find 6 or 7 but that size is so elusive.

      I think you can also use a 6 or 7....you will still get the same result because it's not a big difference either way 😊

      Idk why but I think our eggs are bigger or something but while I was mixing the cheese and eggs and sweetener it was pretty liquidy. And I think my cake turned out a little flat could be the size of my pan or something. I'll try the recipe again using the weight instead. But for airfryer 125F for 8-9 mins didn't burn it so that's a success lol Update: cake fell apart, maybe cooked too long or not long enough. Had way too much filling left over, ended up smearing it on 😂

      I guess it's personal preference. Many fitness fanatics drink raw eggs for example Arnold Schwarzenegger. If you're nervous about it you can pasturize the eggs or purchase them.

      Well, homemade Mayo is made with raw eggs and so is egg nog. There is an alternative though. You can use heavy cream, the quantity is in the description box 😊

    Easy Non-keto recipe easy to convert to keto, use vanilla (or french vanilla) pudding & whipping cream & cream cheese, vanilla. You can search on Google (easy tiramisu) if you can find a sugar free pudding & sweeten the whipped cream with keto sugar option it would then be keto. It's delish & no eggs
