Hello guys, This is how we made it in 10 minutes. The coffee is prepared in advance. We make sure that we have ingredients, bowls, and utensils on hand. Whisking the mascarpone takes up to 20 seconds. Whisking the high-fat cream (35% or higher) with the sugar and vanilla (low-fat cream will take much longer) and mix in the mascarpone cream takes less than 4 minutes in total. Cutting, dipping, placing the cookies, and also layering the cream and dusting with cocoa powder takes almost 5 minutes. Everyone is organized differently in the kitchen, my grandmother taught me how to be organized and well prepared before starting anything in the kitchen. I want to make her proud that I actually learned something. :) We hope we answered some questions. Really? i tried to mix tha cream n mascarpone using mixer and it became runny and curdled texture. I use tatua mascarpone from new zealand. I don’t know where I went wrong because this keeps happening. Can you help?
I just did this. My first time making tiramisu at home and it turned out great!! But it did NOT take 10 minutes AT ALL, it took TWO WHOLE HOURS. Maybe it's just because it's my first time but it for sure needs at least 45 minutes and not only 10. And the amount was little, I ran out of cream 😅 I'll make sure to double the amount next time.

I have made this cake on yesterday before, and tasted just now. This cake is so amazing and taste so nice, just my bottom part is abit wet, it might cause by I dipped the biscuits to long in the coffee, the cream taste and texture is just perfect. Tqvm for your sharing and recipe.

I usually smear bottom of mold with cream, because sometimes lady fingers stick to mold and i can't cut neatly.This trick helps me cut slice almost perfectly. I made this and was surprised it didn't take long to put it together. I prepared the cream and cream cheese mixture beforehand and put it in the fridge. It was firmer and easily spreadable I found. Great recipe, it disappeared quickly.

Nice, relatively easy recipe for those who enjoy tiramisu but don't want to go to the trouble of a precisely traditional recipe. I'm sure of one thing...I bet it's delicious. Also simple substitution to give it a kick is to mix some Kahlua with the coffee/espresso but completely not necessary.

Im Australian so im afraid i have to add alcohol (just a teenie bit 🤭). I add Tia Maria or Kahlua to the coffee or if youre really careful and only add a few drops at a time you can add some to the cream mixture instead. Only a small amount or the cream will 'separate'.😊

I usually smear bottom of mold with cream, because sometimes lady fingers stick to mold and i can't cut neatly.This trick helps me cut slice almost perfectly. I do that with any cake when i using whipp cream.

I made this and was surprised it didn't take long to put it together. I prepared the cream and cream cheese mixture beforehand and put it in the fridge. It was firmer and easily spreadable I found. Great recipe, it disappeared quickly.

22 -24 biskota ladyfingers (Italian Savoiardi)
3/8 filxhan (85 g) Sheqer Turbinado, i njohur gjithashtu si sheqer kallami i papërpunuar (sheqeri Turbinado ka një aromë delikate karamel dhe përshtatet në mënyrë të përkryer me këtë ëmbëlsirë).
1 filxhan dhe 2 lugë gjelle (250 g) djathë mascarpone me yndyrë të lartë (i ftohtë)
1 dhe 1/4 filxhan (300 ml) krem për rrahje të rëndë (i ftohur)
1 filxhan dhe 1/4 filxhan (300 ml) kafe të fortë (të ftohtë)
2 lugë çaji ekstrakt vanilje (Mund të përdorni ekstrakt vanilje pa alkool (Aromë vanilje me cilësi të mirë) ose produkte të tjera vanilje sipas zgjedhjes suaj si fasule vanilje, pluhur vanilje të pastër ose sheqer vanilje.
Pluhur kakao pa sheqer për pluhurosje
Udhëzimet (shikoni udhëzimet e videos së pari)
Përgatisni kafen ekspres dhe lëreni mënjanë.
Filloni kremin mascarpone: Në një tas të mesëm, rrihni mascarponen me 3 lugë gjelle krem të rëndë për rrahje deri sa të jetë homogjen.
Rrihni kremin e ftohur me ekstrakt vanilje dhe sheqer turbinado deri sa të zbutet. Shtoni kremin mascarpone dhe përzieni duke vazhduar trazimin. Qetë.
Përgatitni tiganin 8 inç (20 cm) në formë suste (Lyoseni kallajin, më pas shtypni letrën e pergamenës rreth anëve).
Zhytini shpejt gishtat e zonjës në kafenë e ftohtë/me temperaturë dhome.
Krijoni një shtresë të fortë (pa hapësirë boshe) me gishtat e zonjave të zhytura në kanaçe; do t'ju duhet të prisni disa biskota që të përshtaten me tavën e formës së pranverës.
Përhapeni gjysmën e kremit mascarpone në mënyrë të barabartë mbi shtresën e poshtme të ladyfingers. Një shpatull offset ndihmon në përhapjen e saj në mënyrë të barabartë.
Përsëriteni procesin për shtresën e dytë (ladyfinger të zhytur dhe kremin e mbetur mascarpone) dhe përpiquni të merrni një shtresë solide. Rrafshoni mirë kremin sipër me një shpatull offset.
Vendoseni në frigorifer për 3 orë (pa mbuluar). Nëse do ta shërbeni Tiramisun të nesërmen, mbulojeni me mbështjellës plastik gjatë natës dhe pluhurosni me pluhur kakao pa sheqer pak para se ta shërbeni. Nga përvoja jonë, Tiramisu është gjithmonë më mirë të ftohet në frigorifer gjatë natës dhe të shërbehet të nesërmen.

Nice, relatively easy recipe for those who enjoy tiramisu but don't want to go to the trouble of a precisely traditional recipe. I'm sure of one thing...I bet it's delicious. Also simple substitution to give it a kick is to mix some Kahlua with the coffee/espresso but completely not necessary.

Im Australian so im afraid i have to add alcohol (just a teenie bit 🤭). I add Tia Maria or Kahlua to the coffee or if youre really careful and only add a few drops at a time you can add some to the cream mixture instead. Only a small amount or the cream will 'separate'.😊
